Client looking for CEO voice to text tool.
I have a client where the CEO is, for lack of a nicer phrase, extremely tech illiterate. He will verbally dictate his emails to his EA to have them typed/sent, or give tasking via passing conversations around the office. Rarely are they written down or documented. I am building them a suite of n8n automations to link their existing processes and tools but i would love to build a simple tool that allows the CEO to simply press a button on his phone and/or PC and dictate a task or email, and then have an AI agent on the backend transcribe the audio to text and then parse out action items and drive automated triggers from there (i.e. send an internal email, give a targeted team member a slack message with new tasking/request, drop an email draft in EA inbox for external communications, etc). I have a good idea of how to complete most of the build but im looking for simplest/best ways to set up that initial voice message trigger. QUESTION: Any recommendations on what i can/should use as the voice memo capture tool? I want it to be as simple as possible, ideally; Click Record -> Speak naturally the task or email -> hit stop -> triggers workflow. Is it best to just use something like iphone voice memos or android recorder? Is it possible to make a custom app/interface to put on his phone AND desktop so that he can use either one depending on where he is? Thank you!

@Hector Diaz This is perfect! I think this is about 95% of what i need, just need to modify it for their tools. Thanks so much!
Client Proposal Template?
I am working on my first real client proposal. I have already interviewed their key team members and have identified possible areas for automation in their different business units. Next I'd like to present to them a concise proposal on all of the potential builds with pricing/timelines/deliverables/etc, so that we can agree on what work they actually want done. Does anyone have a good template for something like this? Even better, a good AI tool for creating something like this? I heard the latest google AI suite is actually decent at making slide decks but I havent played around with it yet. Thanks!

The Easiest Way to Improve Any AI Workflow Add one step: “Explain your reasoning briefly before answering.” Not for you — for the system. This helps: catch hallucinations spot bad assumptions debug broken logic If the reasoning looks wrong, the output usually is. -->Any suggestions you use in your own work? Already know about this? Any more specific information you know to make workflow better? How you design your workflows?
