Client Proposal Template?

I am working on my first real client proposal. I have already interviewed their key team members and have identified possible areas for automation in their different business units. Next I'd like to present to them a concise proposal on all of the potential builds with pricing/timelines/deliverables/etc, so that we can agree on what work they actually want done.

Does anyone have a good template for something like this? Even better, a good AI tool for creating something like this? I heard the latest google AI suite is actually decent at making slide decks but I havent played around with it yet.
