This week has been iffy.
I have done well overall but I’ve just felt off. With that said, I still went to the gym. Still eating well. Lost another inch on my waistline! But just feeling ok. This week.
8/10 weekend
Over the weekend I was on a business trip where I had very little control over my eating and working out. I did the best I could. Did push-ups every day, used bands, and walked for 3 miles. For food I ate with moderation. I am proud of that

2.5 inches down
My waist line is now down 2.5 inches. That is great progress. My weight has stayed the same from last week. But my waist is down .5 inches. Lance is this normal? I am now fixing the issues we discussed on our call. However I feel like I’m doing pretty well. Anyway, progress is still happening. and regardless, if one week I have a large weight loss great. If I have a week with nothing doesn’t matter. I am dedicated and in no matter what! I’m in this for the long haul. I will be at my goal weight and be the best physical condition of my life.
