My dog Winnie is very intense when people come over. We have tried putting her in the crate in a bedroom with a lick mat, and she just barks in there persistently for 15+ minutes and seems stressed. Is this ok? She doesn’t seem to calm down and when we try to release her she just goes back to 100% intensity. Any tips or should we just persevere? She is good in her crate when it’s just us at home and overnight now. Thanks. Have had amazing tips from you guys at Walkys already. Just need some reassurance maybe ☺️
