READ THIS CAREFULLY… because it might sting a little.
But it’s the truth we ALL need to hear. You made the decision to be where you are right now. Yes... YOU. You made the decision to open up Facebook today. You made the decision to wake up and live the exact life you’re living… whether that’s broke, rich, struggling, winning, or “just getting by.” Every single part of your reality? You chose it! The job you go to… whether it’s clocking in for someone else, grinding through a 9–5, or building your own business... YOU made that decision. The house you live in? You made that decision. The car you drive? You made that decision. Your daily habits? Your income? Your mindset? Your results? Your decisions created all of it. Now here’s the part most people miss: You are ONE decision away from changing your entire life. Not 10 decisions. Not a whole life makeover. Just ONE. But nobody else can make it for you. Not your boss. Not your partner. Not your friends. Not your past. Not your excuses. YOU. So the real question is… ... Are you going to keep choosing the life you have? Or are you finally ready to choose the life you WANT? Your future is waiting for the decision you make TODAY. Let’s go!

Every network marketer goes through 6 stages on the road to success
Which stage are you currently in? Stage 1: Excited but don’t know anything yet. Stage 2: Realizing it’s harder than you thought. Stage 3: The quitting zone (where most people give up). Stage 4: Clarity, you see the good & bad clearly. Stage 5: Momentum, your skills, confidence & team start to grow. Stage 6: Freedom, the lifestyle, income & choices you dreamed of. Most people never make it past Stage 3… but the ones who push through discover the real rewards of network marketing: growth, momentum, and financial freedom. If you’re building a team right now, show them this so they know what stage they’re in. It will keep them from quitting too soon.

I go through laps 1-4. But have never totally quit. :)
Where are my secret dopamine addicts?
(Slowly & embarrassingly raising my hand) Ever catch yourself picking up your phone without even realizing it? Like… you just checked it 2 minutes ago — and somehow, you’re back on Instagram or Facebook again. That’s not just a habit. That’s dopamine doing its thing. Dopamine’s the brain chemical that makes us crave little “hits” — something new, exciting, rewarding. And guess what? Every notification, like, comment, or DM feeds that craving. It’s kind of wild once you see it. As a marketer, once I really understood how dopamine drives behavior… a lot of things clicked into place. Like why that “post 15 times a day on Facebook” strategy actually works like crazy right now. It’s not just about more content — it’s about staying top of mind during those exact moments when someone’s brain is looking for its next hit. Your content becomes the reward. That’s how audience growth happens fast. Not because of algorithms — but because of attention cycles. Of course, there’s a flip side… I’ve seen people (myself included at times) burn out chasing those hits — constantly checking stats, refreshing notifications, getting stuck in that loop. But if you use it intentionally, it’s super powerful: • You build trust through consistency • You create tiny micro-moments of connection all day long • You stop fighting for attention and start flowing with it Anyway — I’ve been paying more attention lately to my own “dopamine scrolls” 😂 Trying to catch myself and ask, “Wait, why am I picking up my phone right now?” It’s a game-changer just being aware. 👇 Curious — have you noticed your own dopamine habits? Drop a comment if you’ve caught yourself mid-scroll and laughed like, “What am I even doing here?” Let’s be real — we all do it. The key is using it on purpose.

GPT-5 isn’t dumb.
Prompt it: “Think hard, step by step, to solve this problem.” This will trigger the smarter model.

Mastering Social Media: Speaking to the Lizard, Monkey, and Elephant Brains
Learn how to create engaging, high-impact social media content that resonates with all three parts of the brain – the lizard (instinct), monkey (emotion), and elephant (logic). Understand the psychology behind decision-making and how to apply it in posts that captivate, engage, and convert. “Imagine this…” You’re walking through a bustling marketplace. Vendors are shouting to grab your attention. One is yelling about a “LIMITED TIME OFFER” (you glance). Another is juggling flaming sticks and making everyone laugh (you pause). Yet another has a well-organized table with glowing testimonials and clear pricing (you stop and think, “This makes sense”). Each vendor is speaking to a different part of your brain. The one shouting triggers your lizard brain – the instinct to act fast. The juggler appeals to your monkey brain, sparking curiosity and fun. The organized table speaks to your elephant brain, which processes facts and logic. The vendor that wins? The one that seamlessly combines all three. Social media is like that marketplace. To stand out, you must capture attention, engage emotions, and provide enough logic for people to act confidently. Step 1: The Lizard Brain – Grabbing Attention The lizard brain is all about survival and instinct. It’s triggered by: • Urgency (e.g., “Last chance!”). • Scarcity (e.g., “Only 3 left!”). • Bold, intriguing statements. How to Apply: • Start your posts with a powerful hook like: “You’re running out of time…” “What if I told you this one thing could change your life forever?” • Use countdowns, deadlines, or exclusivity: “Doors close in 24 hours – don’t miss this!” Example Post Hook: “Are you still struggling to lose weight? You’re not alone, but you can change that TODAY. Let me show you how…” Step 2: The Monkey Brain – Sparking Emotion The monkey brain thrives on fun, novelty, and emotional connection. It’s the part of the brain that responds to: • Entertaining content. • Stories that evoke feelings. • Visuals that are eye-catching and memorable.
