I've waited a few weeks to make this post. I guess I wanted to show myself I was committed before showing everyone else. I just posted my second video. -About this channel- Many of you know that I have an issue (if you want to call it that) where I love to get super interested in random hobbies and go down rabbit holes. I'm hoping that this YouTube channel can eventually be a financially viable way for me to fund these adventures. -About the name- Some of you may be familiar with Chris Koerner, he's an LDS serial entrepreneur who's been making quite a bit of great business content lately. I heard one of his business partner's ask him "What's your MIH?" MIH stands for make it happen. And it's essentially a metric of how much you're making stuff happen. Are you just spouting out ideas or are you executing? -The Plan- Post a video every 2 weeks. While I'm editing and filming, I keep telling myself this is a 1million sub channel, so I'm thinking a lot about quality, engagement, retention, thumbnails and entertainment/educational value. So on Audible I had the original 1937 edition already so I thought I would listen to that as opposed to getting a newer version. I'm really impressed how well a lot of the concepts. I just got done with the Specialized Knowledge chapter and it applies today more than ever. Really interesting. I'd love to know which edition you're reading!

Has anyone thought about paying your mortgage every 2 weeks(1/2 payment) instead of every month(full payment)? Technically you would pay one extra mortgage payment a year. If I were to keep the house for the full mortgage it would be paid off about 5 years early and save over $50k in interest.
