Hey everyone! Is anyone accustomed to a securities backed line of credit? After reading into Fidelity and Schwabb options, it looks like it could be a good way to access capital without closing on any investment portfolio.
I’ve never done it but I remember talking about it a few times with some people. My understanding is it can work as long as the stock isn’t crazy volatile and the loan to value is low. If markets drop and your loan-to-value breaches requirements, they can demand repayment or sell your securities immediately without your consent.
What do you all think of this. Would you add any books to the will genuinely change your life category. I haven’t read all of these books but one of my top favorites is Essentialism. It’s the one on the top right.
Hey crew - I’m on a flight home listening to “Think & Grow Rich”. Lots to unpack here. I’ve started it before but never really “studied” it. Is anyone interested in reading this together and chatting about it every other week? Or even here in the comments? I’d love to hear and share some thoughts on it and grow better together.
Anyone interested in doing this with me? https://www.tonyrobbins.com/events/wealth-mastery?srsltid=AfmBOop277kklYOIZc3TFR5InngsQsyNdrLNgSELeqE-KgBU9pdlIqBo
Looks like it’s May 1-3. I’m flying out May 2nd on a little trip with the girls so it might be hard for me to make this one work - even virtually. I’m bummed - I’d love to attend with you.
