Mortgage Payment
Has anyone thought about paying your mortgage every 2 weeks(1/2 payment) instead of every month(full payment)? Technically you would pay one extra mortgage payment a year. If I were to keep the house for the full mortgage it would be paid off about 5 years early and save over $50k in interest.

Housing to missionaries
Hey Squad! does anyone have an opinion on housing the missionaries? My stake president contacted us because they know we have a rental and the missionaries in our area need a new place to stay.

You know you’ll have a tenant who pays and has third party check on the home occasionally. You may get some dumb things done in your home but at the same time they aren’t home very often. I would probably go for it if I had a vacant opportunity that made sense for them.

Down payment savings
When saving up money for a down payment on a home or a large purchase in the next 3-4 years. Where do you put your money? Previously I put my money in a high yield savings account that was earning interest in the high 4%. They’ve dropped quite a bit and I’m looking to see if there may be better options.

Self-help books
What do you all think of this. Would you add any books to the will genuinely change your life category. I haven’t read all of these books but one of my top favorites is Essentialism. It’s the one on the top right.
