Some Days It Rains ...
I had a rough week this last week ... Not going to lie. It was hard. So many missing puzzle pieces, so many pieces in the wrong places, so many delays, so many frustrations. But that was one mile on a journey of a many. One week out of the 3000+ weeks I have lived. And this week will be another. I pray for sun. It might rain. All I know is I sure as heck ain't giving up!

We all get these and for some it’s feeling frequent. The attitude and commitment is what’s needed then add a knowing that if we stay fully committed and take one more step it is either closer or we hit our success line👍🏼
MY INTRO
Hey Team, I'm honored to be a part of Inspiring Speakers forum. On the personal front, I live in a log cabin in the foothills of Northern Colorado overlooking the beautiful Carter Lake. Earlier this year, I published a book entitled, "The Alchemist's Way", so I am new to this whole author and speaker scene and am excited to learn from you all! What is an alchemist? Ancient alchemists mastered the craft of creating gold from ordinary materials. Today's alchemists achieve the extraordinary by unlocking the potential of themselves and others revealing the gold that is already within. Outside of work, I'm a proud father (single Dad to a 23-year old daughter--also an engineer), loyal friend, technology leader by day, author and mountain man by night. I have a passion for cooking and grilling, lover of black coffee, enthusiast of wine, aficionado of the dirty martini, slayer of the classical guitar, inventor, innovator, a penchent for laughter, a closet bibliophile (it's a book thing), and a stalwart fan of the Denver Broncos. Professionally, I have been leading engineering teams for over 38 years delivering over 100 innovations in products and services. I wrote the book to give to my 22-year old self. Since time travel isn't possible, today, I aspire to share those hard-earned lessons with tomorrow's leaders through the pages of "The Alchemist's Way."—a framework designed to empower leaders at any stage, taking you from uncertainty to mastery, helping you find your rhythm amidst the noise & discover your own capacity to unlock the gold in you. My speaking expertise and web presence is fairly new and evolving: *Video Trailer (72 seconds): https://youtu.be/iut-zgxnpj8 *Book website: https://thealchemistswaybook.com/ *Speaker/Author Website (being revamped): https://paul-boerger.com/ *LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/paul-boerger/

@Paul Boerger , interesting journey and glad the story found me. Putting the book on my list to read. Follow it with the same passion as learning guitar and you’ll find huge success!

I can see the end ...
I am enjoying the most beautiful morning in my office, catching up on things that were at risk of falling through the cracks during my insane week. Information and follow-up has been entered into my CRM, allowing me to discard the random notes I had written on (thought of you @Barbara Hemphill ). I have answered heartfelt emails now that I had time to give the heartfelt responses they deserved. (I would rather be all-in than quick with my responses.) I have ads scheduled and posts locked in. I have time for a long and body-worshipping workout. And then my final event at 2 pm. This is a glorious way to end the week - grateful for all I did, happy with all I have done, while looking forward to what comes next. And I pray, my speaker friend, that you can say same. Breathe it in - the gift that is this day. Love ya! Sandi
