Interested in the next 'part' of this where I can learn what to do with a published app. Maybe I just need to play with it myself. Thanks for the introduction to Loveable.
Sell subscriptions to chatbots
What's a *realistic* way I can sell monthly access to a trained chatbot? I know I can embed a custom GPT but I saw it's possible for them to reverse engineer and see how I did it. Maybe that will always be the case. But perhaps if I self host, I won't have message limits, but I also don't know if that's realistic with n8n. Has anyone ever been a part of something like this or created a successful subscription to a trained chatbot? Giving access is easy, it's the taking away access that's tricky.

Need YouTube Transcripts (Community Node)
Rather than mess with self hosting, what would you guys charge if I gave you a list of youtube videos links and I wanted returned the full transcripts? There is a community node that is supposed to be able to do this "Youtube Transcripts" but it requires self hosting. You can DM if you prefer with a quote per batch. I might only be interested in probably 100 total videos right now. Thanks!
How to onboard clients like a pro
Signing a new client is exciting. But what happens next can make or break the relationship. Onboarding isn’t just about checking boxes—it’s about setting the stage for success. After 10+ years in the agency world, here’s the exact process we use to keep things smooth, efficient, and stress-free. 𝟭. 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 No payment, no work. Ghosting is real, and nothing derails an agency faster than unpaid work. Use GoHighLevel Payments, PayPal, or PayFunnels to streamline this step. 𝟮. 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 Speed matters. Use DocuSign or PandaDoc for contracts and automate the process with Zapier or Make so everything moves instantly after payment. 𝟯. 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 Every client should get a structured welcome email. It should include: ✔️ A warm thank-you message ✔️ Links to SOPs (e.g., granting access to Facebook Business Manager) ✔️ A Calendly link to book their onboarding call 𝟰. 𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 A 30-60 minute call that eliminates confusion from day one. ✔️ Walk through the process, timelines, and key milestones ✔️ Use Miro or a simple deck for clarity ✔️ Be ready for technical setup issues—TeamViewer or AnyDesk can help 𝟱. 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗻𝗲 First impressions matter. ✔️ Add clients to WhatsApp Business or Slack for quick communication ✔️ Ensure they feel supported, with fast responses and quick wins And don’t forget your team—keep everything organized with: ✔️ Slack & ClickUp for seamless workflow ✔️ Google Drive folders for easy access ✔️ Automated task creation after the onboarding call 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗢𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: - Get payment upfront—no exceptions - Automate repetitive steps like contracts and file creation - Set clear expectations so clients know what’s next. - Centralize communication to avoid misalignment. - Focus on early wins to build trust fast. - A great onboarding process doesn’t just start a project—it builds long-term partnerships.

I'm in a different "DFY" industry (vacation homes / Airbnb) but this is almost exactly my process. You nailed it. Though I could do better about the OB welcome email being automated maybe. I'm high touch from the beginning, and after payment it drops them immediately to my OB call calendar anyway so I don't always send it.
Gmail reply to message / reply to thread sends separate email
Has this ever happened to you? I did several workflow tests but this is still unresolved. Using the Gmail node reply sends an email that is sent separately, as a single email, and not as a reply to an email received or to a thread received.

I'm not looking at it right now but isn't there a thread id you can pull in?
