Interested in the next 'part' of this where I can learn what to do with a published app. Maybe I just need to play with it myself. Thanks for the introduction to Loveable.
Sell subscriptions to chatbots
What's a *realistic* way I can sell monthly access to a trained chatbot? I know I can embed a custom GPT but I saw it's possible for them to reverse engineer and see how I did it. Maybe that will always be the case. But perhaps if I self host, I won't have message limits, but I also don't know if that's realistic with n8n. Has anyone ever been a part of something like this or created a successful subscription to a trained chatbot? Giving access is easy, it's the taking away access that's tricky.

Need YouTube Transcripts (Community Node)
Rather than mess with self hosting, what would you guys charge if I gave you a list of youtube videos links and I wanted returned the full transcripts? There is a community node that is supposed to be able to do this "Youtube Transcripts" but it requires self hosting. You can DM if you prefer with a quote per batch. I might only be interested in probably 100 total videos right now. Thanks!
How to onboard clients like a pro
Signing a new client is exciting. But what happens next can make or break the relationship. Onboarding isnโ€™t just about checking boxesโ€”itโ€™s about setting the stage for success. After 10+ years in the agency world, hereโ€™s the exact process we use to keep things smooth, efficient, and stress-free. ๐Ÿญ. ๐—ฆ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐˜†๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ ๐—™๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐˜ No payment, no work. I'm in a different "DFY" industry (vacation homes / Airbnb) but this is almost exactly my process. You nailed it. Though I could do better about the OB welcome email being automated maybe. I'm high touch from the beginning, and after payment it drops them immediately to my OB call calendar anyway so I don't always send it.
Gmail reply to message / reply to thread sends separate email
Has this ever happened to you? I did several workflow tests but this is still unresolved. Using the Gmail node reply sends an email that is sent separately, as a single email, and not as a reply to an email received or to a thread received.

I'm not looking at it right now but isn't there a thread id you can pull in?
