Just me complaining
My local rink took away their adult skate night. I relied on that night, it was my weekly rink fix. Now I'm just sad about it. ๐ฉ

@Jay Griffin i actually tripped over a kid and broke my wrist a year ago. It was awful and 2 days before Christmas

@Jay Griffin it's even worse if the parents are out there without any skates on just and not keeping their kids in the inner parts of the rink (we dont have a practice area)

Arm position for toe flares?
I'm about to head to the rink to practice toe flares. Need to get this solid so I can start to work on the grapevine. Any tips on arm placement to counterbalance what the skates are doing? Thanks, skate community!

TikTok Banโฆ
Anyone else wonder what they gone watch while they on the toilet when TikTok got banned?๐ I personally donโt indulge in doom scrolling but this ban is still in place on my video editing software CapCut since Bytedance (TikTok parent co.) made it.๐ฅฒ So now I need to find something else to edit with.

What are your 2025 Skate goals?
Share your 2025 skate goals! Skills wise what do you hope to improve? Meeting skaters? Travelling to a rink or event you've never been to?... Im working towards mastering sit spin by summer and hopefully 5 comfortable hurricane kicks. Aiming to skate 3 times a week whenever possible and get to more street skate meets with my local skate community. Holding myself accountable here so hopefully I'll be looking back at this post soon enough having achieved them and maybe more along the way. ๐ค๐ผ๐ผ๐ช๏ธ
