High LDL
Did a CAC test, and have a score of 7 at 41 years old, this is not good. Started ezetimibe today, but I’m wandering what else I can do. Any replies are greatly appreciated 🙏 LDL: 174 Apob: 118 Cholesterol: 262 HDL: 70

Ezetimibe is a smart choice! There are tons of other things that can be done, but the best moves depend on your situation. What is your body fat percentage? Insulin sensitivity? Triglycerides? CRP? Lp(a)? Cholesterol is very contextual. I will say regardless, fat loss and fiber intake are big free wins here. Psyllium husk is especially good for the fiber side of things. Also EPA/DHA if you’re not doing that already

@Brian Lee You’re lean and appear to not be too inflamed, which is good. Triglycerides at 47 is also excellent! These facts minimize the cardiovascular damage that your lipid problems can cause. Assuming your diet is already locked in, you are a good candidate for further treatment beyond ezetimibe. Bempedoic acid, citrus bergamot, and even possibly a Pcsk9 inhibitor are in play as options here. Is your ezetimibe prescribed or off label? What else are you taking? Any androgens?
Body Recomp. w/ SARMS
Hi Tony (Huge fan!) and the rest of the community, Wanted to run this by you— I’m 32, currently at 155 lb, and ~16% body fat. My baseline test is 501 ng/dL, SHBG is 21.1, and calc free test is 132.2. My goal is to reach 8-10% body fat with visible abs while increasing lean muscle mass. 5 years ago I achieved sharp visible abs (135 lbs.; 10% BF) in the past through dieting, weight training, and cardio. I did a 12 wk RAD-140 cycle (amino asylum) to put on lean mass and worked my way up to 150-155 lbs. I started at 10 mg for 2 weeks, gradually increased to 15, 20 mg by the end of my 12 week cycle. Did Tamoxifen and Clomid for PCT. I also did MK677 to maintain my gains from RAD140 after that for about 8 weeks, threw in some Cardarine too (probably shouldn’t have). Given my current hormone levels, body comp, and goals, would you recommend an 8 wk RAD-140 cycle with enclomiphene as PCT, or would MK-677 combined with AC-262 be a better/safer option for preserving or building lean muscle while cutting? Or something else altogether? I’d appreciate your thoughts/comments Thanks!

@Trey Wilson What do you use now? You’re looking massive!
New video is live: Retatrutide and Heart Rate
I wanted to go deeper on this because people tend to focus on the heart rate number without asking what is actually causing it or what the broader cardiovascular data shows. In the full breakdown, I go through the retatrutide trials, the heart rate mechanism, comparisons with other incretin drugs, cardiovascular outcomes, beta blockers, and the risks and limitations that matter. Watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T3IMvMEDxDA After you watch it, I’m curious what part of the research changed how you look at the heart rate question.

@Chris Alexander Depends on situation. Reta provides better weight loss results, but also additional concerns. Both are strong GIP agonists, enabling higher dosages to be used with lower risk of nausea and GI issues compared to first generation synthetic incretins like semaglutide
Mk-2866 and peptide cycle
3/4 had my blood work done. Everything normal 577 test, weight was 180lbs. A lot of fat in the abdomen. I have posted before and after pics on this site before. 3/25 started NAD+ injections, running hard and lifting hard 4/27 started MK-2866 15mg for 8 weeks 5/13 started Retatrutide went up weekly until 2mg weekly total, split dose 2 x per week 6/26 started enclomiphene 12.5mg for first 2 weeks, then 6.25 for 2nd 2 weeks for PCT. 7/23 started CJC1295/Ipamorelin injections 250mcg 5 days on 2 days off. Ran NAC 1000mg, milk thistle 350mg per day with MK2866 through the end of enclomiphene then stoped it. 2000mg Omega-3 Algae oil and D3+K2 every day. 250mg magnesium every night before bed. 8/12 bloodwork. Again everything is perfect! Test is now 650. My body weight is a lean 154.7lbs with abs. I eat/drink 170g-200g protein per day. I have my full lab report. Just not sure how to post the entire thing. I guess I wanted to prove if you follow Tony’s advice and do things smart, you can get results and still be healthy. No TRT yet. I’m 47 and feel like I’m 27 again! Going to start AC-262 15mg for 8 weeks with CJC/Ipa only on 9/23 to try and get up to a muscular 170lbs with visible abs. I will post results when my cycle is complete. First pic is March 2026 and 2nd is August 2026 test results.

Nice results! Very mild cycle fs, but testosterone bouncing back higher than baseline is awesome. I think milk thistle is overrated and not needed for what you’re using. TUDCA > milk thistle all day. What were your liver enzyme values like?
Bpc noob
Still getting used to pinning gonna start bpc with my trezapatide. How much should I use and is it better to take in morning or night. How many times a week?

Time of day hardly matters for BPC. Like Trey said, the half life is tiny, so you can even use it multiple times in a day if you’re looking for really fast results. 500 mcg once per day is pretty standard
