Body Recomp. w/ SARMS
Hi Tony (Huge fan!) and the rest of the community, Wanted to run this by you— I’m 32, currently at 155 lb, and ~16% body fat. My baseline test is 501 ng/dL, SHBG is 21.1, and calc free test is 132.2. My goal is to reach 8-10% body fat with visible abs while increasing lean muscle mass. 5 years ago I achieved sharp visible abs (135 lbs.; 10% BF) in the past through dieting, weight training, and cardio. I did a 12 wk RAD-140 cycle (amino asylum) to put on lean mass and worked my way up to 150-155 lbs. I started at 10 mg for 2 weeks, gradually increased to 15, 20 mg by the end of my 12 week cycle. Did Tamoxifen and Clomid for PCT. I also did MK677 to maintain my gains from RAD140 after that for about 8 weeks, threw in some Cardarine too (probably shouldn’t have). Given my current hormone levels, body comp, and goals, would you recommend an 8 wk RAD-140 cycle with enclomiphene as PCT, or would MK-677 combined with AC-262 be a better/safer option for preserving or building lean muscle while cutting? Or something else altogether? I’d appreciate your thoughts/comments Thanks!
How This Community Actually Works
New here and wondering how this all works? Here’s the breakdown. A lot of new members ask what actually happens in this group, so here’s a simple explanation of the rhythm of this community. Tony shares things he can’t post on social media Social platforms have limits on what can be discussed openly. Here, Tony goes deeper — sharing advice, protocols, and perspectives that don’t fit neatly into an Instagram caption or a YouTube video. Think of this as the more open, in-depth extension of his public content. Regular updates from Tony New videos, research breakdowns, new courses, and event announcements get posted in Announcements and Content Hub, so members are always first to know. Polls and community input Every so often, polls go up to get a pulse on what people want to learn next, what protocols people are running, or opinions on trending topics. Votes and comments actually shape future content. Open discussion space Outside of Tony’s posts, this is a place for members to talk to each other — compare protocols, troubleshoot issues, share bloodwork, and learn from people further along the same path. A path to go deeper For members who like Tony’s free content and want to go further, this is where that path opens up — structured courses in the Classroom, more detailed protocols, and closer access to Tony and the community than social media allows. In short: this isn’t just another feed to scroll — it’s a place to learn, ask, share, and grow alongside people with the same goals. The more you engage, the more you’ll get out of it. Welcome aboard!
