Overall this looks pretty clean. Testosterone is already plenty high. What catches my attention more is the estradiol at 11. I definitely wouldn’t be trying to crush that any lower. Estrogen matters in men too. But from what you posted, overall pretty solid.
RAD-140
Hey guys, which time is best & optimal to take RAD-140 in order to avoid it's "aggression" side effects?

@Trey Wilson training is definitely the better place to put that energy
Tadalafil
What are people’s experience of Tadalafil not someone suffering from ED but understand there’s benefits outside of this specific use case?
2 likes • 17d
I've been taking low dose tadalafil for years, and for me the benefits go way beyond ED. Better pumps in the gym, improved blood flow, stronger and more consistent erections, and even a bit of a confidence boost. Some people also notice improved urinary flow and slightly lower blood pressure. Like anything, it's not side effect free. Headaches, flushing, nasal congestion, or back pain can happen, especially when you're first starting. But for many people, the benefits outweigh the downsides. What are you hoping to get out of it? Training, cardiovascular health, libido, or just overall optimization?

@Chris Fitzpatrick It’s more of an all-day blood flow effect than a quick pre-workout hit. Tadalafil is long acting, so some guys notice better pumps and vascularity well beyond the gym. I just wouldn’t treat it like a harmless pump supplement.
New video is live.
Can you raise testosterone while still protecting your hair? In this video, I break down the research on DHT and compare testosterone gel, injections, and enclomiphene to look at how each may affect the hair-loss equation. Watch the full breakdown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o5Pm4EDWwZg After you watch it, I’d like to hear your thoughts.

@Matt F Daily injections may smooth out the highs and lows, but I wouldn’t assume that alone saves your hair. Genetics and DHT sensitivity are the bigger variables. Finasteride can absolutely be part of the conversation, but it has its own tradeoffs, so I’d individualize it instead of treating it like an automatic add-on.

@Drew Griffin 😂 Then you’re already free from this problem
Sarm+Reta
What is the best sarm to run low dose while on reta to hold muscle and tighten up?
0 likes • 20h
@Guido De Palma Yep, that’s the part people underestimate. sarms can still suppress you, so just adding one because it sounds “milder” isn’t automatically the smarter move.

@Jacob Heyboer Exactly. The hormone balance matters just as much as the androgen effect. People focus on holding muscle and forget what happens when estrogen and natural testosterone get pushed down. That’s where it gets messy fast.
