Seller willing to accept 75k.
307 N Holly St, Chattanooga, TN 37404 (Needs roof, HVAC & Kitchen) Spoke to seller for a long time. They received numerous offers at 65k. Claims they will accept 75K if i send it over. Really need to know if this would move quickly. Appreciate y'all

@Tidus P Yes, the agent knows the seller and said their minimum is 75k. This was after a 40 minute phone call. He's opening the home tomorrow morning for me to view as they accept assignments but no contingencies for inspections (as they've been burned by wholesalers). We also ended up having a few mutual friends in common and it ended up being a great connection.

As far as I know it strictly came down to the definition of the word “solicitation” after careful review. Who knows what will happen if offers to buy homes grow rampant though, def gonna capitalize on it
