I just got booked..
I love Skool, and I think that the combination of phenomenal groups like this one, and the exceptional creators such as @Bruno Militz , are the true reasoan that I'm so excited to post this. Having conversations with people like Bruno and a few others have really helped to encourage me to have faith in myself, and have helped me to be a little more ignited and inspired to focus on my Neu venture, and so i decided to double down this week and make a few more calls. After a couple of networking calls, I got connected with another company, and as a result, I have just been booked to give my first ever webinar to a board of directors, focusing on the power of Neurodivergence in Business, and in addition to this, I also got two new coaching clients booked in. Feeling so hyped right now.. 🔥

I need some genuine advice regarding calls
Over the 3.5 weeks, I've jumped on at least 30-40 calls so far. The primary intention of these calls was to network and establish genuine connection Eventually I thought, I might be able to help some of these people out. But then a problem came up - I was too agreeable - I avoided questioning methods - I felt like whenever someone was slightly ahead of me or doing more of me, i lost that assertive edge - I got too friendly on calls, even though that's not necessarily a bad thing. The thing is. I want to go from: - being perceived as the friendly guy and respected because of his speech to - being perceived as the guy who can clearly help with client acquisition and is greatly respected, while also being a very fun guy to talk to The problem is, I don't really know how to make the switch. I feel like both myself and other people are losing out on a lot of opportunities simply because I don't ask, I don't go deeper and avoid potential "friction" because I'm asking specific questions

Really love what @Bruno Militz and @Matthias Schweiker said, and don't think I could put it any better 😅 I think it's wonderful that you've been going on calls. You might think you're not making progress.. but my friend that's huge progress. Just be patient and continue. now that you've gone on these calls, you can enter a "discovery" call with them. If you need help with that, my DMs are open. Just means sending a DM where you book another call for market research purposes
Friday Fun: settle these debates 😄👀
Alright team, no deep lessons today, just vibes. Pick your side on these: 1. Does the person flying in the middle seat get both armrests? 2. Is a hot dog a sandwich? 3. If someone has food stuck in their teeth, do you tell them or stay quiet? 4. Is it wrong to re-gift? 5. Is replying to a text with “K” rude or normal? (This might be an American thing) 6. Who picks the music, the driver or the passenger? 7. Small town or big city? 8. Best way to enjoy a concert: standing or sitting? No judging… but we are observing your answers very carefully. 😌😂 Bonus: Which one are you willing to fight for?

Pick your side on these: 1. Does the person flying in the middle seat get both armrests? Depends on the situation 2. Is a hot dog a sandwich? No 3. If someone has food stuck in their teeth, do you tell them or stay quiet? Tell them 4. Is it wrong to re-gift? No 5. Is replying to a text with “K” rude or normal? 🔥 Monday Inspiration 1/5: Level 1 – POSITION 🎖️
Starting a new Monday Inspiration series: John Maxwell’s 5 Levels of Leadership (1 level per week for the next 5 Mondays). 😎 (I hope you enjoy it) This framework answers three important questions: • Where am I as a leader right now? • How do I get to the next level? • Where should I ultimately aim to be? Maxwell teaches something simple but transformational: Leadership is not about titles or positions. It’s about influence. 5 Levels of Leadership: Each level builds on the one before it. You can’t skip levels. And you don’t “arrive” permanently. You move up or down based on what you earn. >Let's quickly talk about level 1 (video gives better perspective): Level 1 is Position (Rights). At this stage, people follow you because they have to. You have the title. The role. The authority. But here’s the "situation": Anyone can be appointed to a position, which tells us nothing about their leadership quality. When leaders stay at Level 1 too long, they rely on rules, policies, and authority to get things done. And what happens? People put in the least effort. They comply, but they don’t commit. They follow when watched, not when trusted. The biggest goal here is: Build real leadership by leading yourself first. Practicing emotional intelligence, becoming more approachable, adapting to individual needs rather than treating everyone the same, and developing real management skills rather than relying on authority. Level 1 is not “bad.” It’s part of the foundation. We've all been there. What do you think about Position-based leadership? Are you currently leading from title or authority in any area of your life? Do you see someone around you relying heavily on position? Where can you personally improve so people follow you because they want to, rather than because they have to? Let's have a fantastic week 💪🏽

@Bruno Militz Great question, I think being present and listening is where so much of the heavy lifting happens. Someone who is flowing with the present has nothing to prove or force, and it's extremely attractive to be around

@Bruno Militz Haha aw man, beyond flattered rn 😅🫶
🔥 Monday Inspiration 🔥Your environment is shaping you
I’m sure everyone here is aware of this, so I’d like to send this as a “reminder”. Your environment is either building you up or breaking you down. It’s either pulling you forward or pulling you back. And most people don’t realize it’s happening until years later. Back then, I thought “environment” meant the people around you and the place you live. And it does. But today, our environment also includes something we carry in our pockets all day. Your phone. Your feeds. Your social platforms. Lucky us, we found a positive platform like this. You might not choose every thought you have (which I think you do), but you definitely DO choose what you consume daily. And what you consume becomes what you believe is normal and acceptable. Unfiltered inputs create unfocused outputs. Filter what you consume. 😉 When I started my previous career, I made a decision about social media that honestly changed everything for me. I cleaned it up. I got intentional. I started following people who raised my standard. I removed anything that made me weaker, distracted, or average. And over time, it helped me stay sharper, more focused, and hungrier. Because my environment kept pulling me in the right direction. So here’s your Monday challenge: 1️⃣ Take 5 minutes today and audit your environment. People, places, routines, and especially your feeds. If it’s not helping you become who you want to be, it’s probably helping you stay who you are. Is that what you want? 2️⃣ Quick exercise: I’d love it if we could learn and inspire each other. Post your favorite 1–3 quotes below. The kind of quotes you’d want on a wall, in your notes app, or on your mirror. A quote that INSPIRES you! And if you can, write them down and carry them with you, especially when your motivation goes down.
