Something interesting I noticed with my 77-78 Oshkosh plates: is there any rhyme or reason on why the 78 is embossed/painted or debossed??

I received an email from Wisconsin Bike Fed announcing they have raised enough money and will be submitting their application for a new special to the DMV shortly. The email also notes the landscape plate design received the most votes from supporters.

Try and get more things out of storage and making some videos by request. Hopefully everything will be done by July.
