Hey 👋 guys I have a nationwide real estate email list but the majority of the emails aren't professional, most are Gmail, yahoo, Hotmail, and others. I don't want to just throw the list away. What would you guys recommend I do? Thank you for your help!😄 I use a software that gives unlimited emails so if something happened it would just be time-consuming to rewarm them.

I have a question hopefully Ya'll can answer. I've been collecting leads from Leadswift. I have all the data points except the first name. The reason for that is that all the lead tools that use LinkedIn that give first names for my niche don't have enough leads for cold emails. I'm in the carpet cleaning niche. I got 4k leads so far and am about to start emailing them. My question is how can I effectively send emails out without a first name?
