🌈 Good Morning Ladies!
After a gloomy and rainy day yesterday, I am loving a little more sunshine today! 👑 We have sales coaching in 49 minutes so if you're struggling with closing sales on sales calls or getting people to book sales calls, make sure you hop in. I’m heading in for more therapy in a minute … three times a week! All of April… Looking forward to improving my neck issues so I can get back to business. Spring cleaning will have to wait until I can carry things up and down stairs. 🥺

🙃 I'm pulling a late-nighter
Anybody else with me? I had a lot to do today and got about 80% of it done. Now, i'm up a little later than usual getting more work done. So, tonight I am working on ad copy & graphics, youtube scripts, and prepping the day so that I can get everything done tomorrow that I need to get done. Are you getting some extra work done tonight? What are you working on?

Catching up 🤭 Networking
I added Day 1 in another thread 🫠… still need a partner 👋 … 😎. Day 2: ✨ Do you have your own podcast show? Not yet but it’s been on my mind for the last month. ✨ Have you booked your spot with me? Yes, I just snagged March 28 and hope there’s no baseball that morning or husband travel but I will definitely do everything to keep the date. ✨ What is your favorite podcast show? Legacy Launchpod by Leah McHenry Dan Kennedy, Russell Brunson, Jefferson Fisher, and classical education podcasts… ✨ If you had the raw footage from filming an episode with me, what would you use it for? Well… I’m open to suggestions but it seems like a great opportunity to chop it up and create short and long form videos to populate content/traffic engines.

🤝 Networking Challenge: Day 1
Networking can be incredibly useful because you: 🤝 Form partnerships with others who have complimentary audiences 🎯 Learn from others about what is currently working (and what isn't) 🥰 Connect with other moms so you don't feel so alone 📈 and get accountability so that you actually do the things you need to do. How often have you attended "networking" events and left empty handed? ✨ Target audiences: A) Professionals looking for opportunities to practice/refine comms skills B) Christian parents charting a path for their family and interested in classical education C) Business owners in need of communications and marketing services ✨ End result I help them get: A) Reps to land messaging, win the deal, prepare for a big moment (interview, speech, meeting, presentation, etc.) — I do this in my full-time consulting job too. B) Resource ideas, nerd talk for the brain, collaboration/support/inspiration to not be lazy parents C) Solid messaging, campaign plans, CMO counsel, marketing services they need and don’t have time to DIY — I do this in my full-time consulting job too. ✨Unique methods to help them get there: A) PROSPER method B) Sharing my experiences as a homeschooler, classical Christian school tuition payer, mother, and friend (+ I may teach rhetoric, comms 101, and psych 101 in the future for asynchronous resources for high schoolers after I build it) C) VISION process ✨ Biggest struggle in my own business: 🕰️ Time. I work full-time remotely as a communications consultant. Plus, this year, I’m driving 600 miles per week (20 hours a week) to get my kids to two private school locations. This is largely because of the age gap and school I chose, so I had to find an acceptable Junior K school for one year. I know most people would not do this and it’s all God’s strength that I have been doing it since August! ✨ Time zone: Eastern Time, USA ✨ What I look for in an accountability partner: Someone who manages a lot on their plate + honest and encouraging… informal, kind, transparent.

One of the best ways to network with others (and get marketing materials at the same time) is to have your own podcast or be on other podcast shows. 💥 It gives you the opportunity to really get to know someone deeply before every talking to them about your business. and it gives you instant credibility and marketing materials to be able to advertise you as an expert.
