Questions about the 'Fullstack AI Marketing Platform' course
Hi @Brandon Hancock , I have a couple of questions about the 'Fullstack AI Marketing Platform' course: 1) Has the enrollment period ended since the course started in mid-September, or is it still possible to sign up for self-paced learning? 2) If I can join anytime, what kind of support can I expect? The Overview page mentions '6 weeks of group support,' but since the course has been underway for at least 4 weeks, I'm interested in understanding what that means. 3) Regarding the tech stack used in the course, are all the services free to use, or do I need to subscribe to paid plans? 4) I'm hoping to get my manager to sponsor the course for my professional development. To make my case, I need to send them the 'Overview' page. It's great that it's publicly accessible, but I think it could benefit from more details, like a course content outline and the cost—something akin to what you'd find on a Udemy course page. Could you possibly enhance the 'Overview' page with this information? Thanks a bunch!

Hi @Tom Welsh, Thanks for answering my questions and for sharing your learning experience! I'm looking forward to getting help from @Brandon Hancock soon. Hopefully, we'll have another cohort starting soon if it's too late for this one.

@Brandon Hancock Thanks a ton for getting back to me with all the answers. Regarding question #4, I believe the current overview page is pretty much what my manager needs to review: (https://www.skool.com/ai-developer-accelerator/classroom/017dba63?md=94ff49038754410aacdf15dfb2dc8253). The only thing missing is the actual cost of the course, which seems to be visible only to registered members (it's USD $149?). If you could update the public 'overview' page with this cost, I'd be all set to make a request to my manager. Just one more question: Once I've completed the course, is there any kind of completion certificate I can get? Like a 'Certificate of Completion' from Udemy or a 'Statement of Accomplishment' from Coursera? Or maybe a progress tracker I can screenshot once it hits 100%? Thanks again!

I posted a similar question a couple of weeks back and mentioned @Brandon Hancock directly a couple of times, but I haven't heard back from him yet. I'm feeling a bit let down and I'm starting to think the support might not be as strong as I'd hoped. The course is more of self-paced style, we have to find our own answers by doing research or asking questions on the forum. I've seen others chipping in to help out, like @Tom Welsh (thanks! 🙏), which is great.

My apologies for the cross-post! Hi @Brandon Hancock, I realize you're incredibly busy, so I just wanted to quickly follow up on some questions I had about the course that I posted earlier. If you could spare a moment to respond, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
GPU Sizing for LLMs
II have seen quite a few people asking about GPU sizing for running LLM's recently. I just found the following article on Medium, which lays out a formula for calculating such things. However, this article failed to cite the origin, which is here. Also, in the original article, I found a link to an excellent program: "Can you run it? LLM Version," hosted on Hugging Face. The article and the tool are worth a look, even if it is just for curiosity's sake. And just because it's the weekend, here is some Transformer Math 101 in case you haven't seen it. I hadn't. There may be a test later :P

Do We Need CrewAI for AI Agent Apps?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm a bit lost on what to learn next. I've been watching Brandon's video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yF9kGESAi3M), especially the part about agents. If we can make agents with LangChain (enhanced by LangGraph?), why add another layer with CrewAI? Everyone seems to love CrewAI in the community, but it's built on LangChain, and I've heard from some YouTubers that CrewAI is good for experimenting but not ready for serious, product-level use. Some even say it's just hype and makes things more complicated. Are there any production-ready AI agent apps made with CrewAI in the community? If so, can you share your experiences?

@Tom Welsh Thanks. 'Cost control' is definitely a big factor to include.

@Brandon Hancock Thanks Brandon. It will be an RAG application to enhance our customer support. The AI chatbot can handle basic Q&A by searching for vector databases for static documents (e.g. .docx, pdf, website content). It can also support complex, agentic workflows: e.g. call custom REST APIs to get and parse relevant information from other in-house systems for context enrichment, create helpdesk tickets, or send emails. I am almost done watching your LangChain master class video (btw, a big thank you!). I am also thinking of learning LangGraph for agents, but I am not certain about crewAI.
