Wedding update
My sister is beautiful. She sang a song for her new husband and he played her one on the piano. I cried multiple times, and so did most everyone else. My zit was able to be part well hid, I will attach a photo. I eat gluten free and there was gluten free cake that was amazing! The party is still going strong but I am exhausted, so I’m laying down inside to rest for a minute.

@Mogene Christensen right?!
The Grocery Store Challenge
I'm on a mastermind right now. And they mentioned going to the grocery story and just recording themselves and talking the whole time so they would get used to being in front of the camera. SO THE GAUNTLET IS THROWN! Who wants to do it?

Just record yourself talking in the grocery store? Or record yourself doing your grocery shopping? I need more details haha
Help me!
Today has been quite the day. My 6 month old not only has two bottom teeth that are sticking out, but also two of the top fangs AND his top middle teeth are working their way out. He. Is. Miserable. He hasn't slept or ate well. My 4 year old begs for a playdate and treats continuously. I have also been just BARELY coming out of an MS relapse, and today was my 2nd day not having my cousin come to help me take care of my children. It's in the 90's outside (which is unfortunately normal for summer in Utah) and since heat makes MS symptoms worse, I have to stay inside. I have PT exercises I'm supposed to do. But the PT LITERALLY SAID "You should never push yourself to the max." So she measured my endurance and it's a whopping 4 MINUTES. So you would think the exercises would be easy to make happen. But I am barely hanging on by a thread. I currently have my first face mask ever on my face. A bowl of popcorn next to me on the bed. And some chocolate intermingled here and there 😂 I know you all have been where I am. And I'm so glad to have a group of people like you I can share my innermost secrets with (#lovestosmelleverything, #chronicpantspooper)

Oh friend, I'm so sorry! Thanks for sharing and how real you are. You're willing to be vulnerable, and I think most of us can sympathize and have been in similar situations. Life can be hard sometimes! My 14-year-old always wants treats and play dates, which are called Hangouts now, also and I can't get her to do her chores! That's one of my frustrations today. 😂
Instagram: Doing what works
I learned something cool today about automating your social media content! I listened to a podcast all about the IG algorithm, the best kind of content to make, and even how often to post! If you want to watch it, here it is BIGGEST TAKEAWAYS FOR ME 1- It's all about testing. When a post tanks, it doesn't mean your failing, it gives you another data point. 2- It's best to follow the evergreen strategies which are: hyper consistency, and niching down - Hyper consistency: Posting regularly with intention boosts visibility - Niche down: Be crystal clear on who your content is for; specificity turns casual browsers into loyal fans 3- Use Trial Reels. The podcast guest (Brock Johnson) said that trial reels go out only to people that AREN'T already following you. So it's REALLY IMPORTANT to use them while they're still around.

I love that the best strategies are the ones that have been around - niche down and the more you post, the better!
