Lost inventory and ridiculous reimbursement
Hi everyone, Some of my unit recently got missing in Amazon warehouse now amazon sent email of reimbursement which is like half the price of the items . This doesn’t make any sense . Please has anyone appeal this type of case or have been in this situation? Kindly share ways to go about this please.

@Kaybee Bakare Yeah that’s what they do, they “estimate” it based on what they believe the wholesale price is. Trust me it’s so ridiculous like they can have it at 10% of your actual cost and even when you submit photos and proof you need to fight with them to get it approved. But get all of the ASINs updated and open a case for the ones they don’t approve !

@Kaybee Bakare sounds good ! Yeah me too I didn’t know for so long until someone pointed it out haha. Sounds good, get them updated and if they decline some then make a case for those ! If you have any Q let me know
