Good evening all, Well let me start by saying thank you David East for the invite. I am sure that we will get to know each other as we move through this adventure together. About me, well except for the support that my lovely wife (Jen Smith) provides me, (even after 30 years) I still feel young at heart and I am incredibly proud of my 2 boys who have become strong independent young men, now forging their way through life. I have always had a passion for educating through life lessons and letting individuals come to their own conclusions. I am an advocate for setting left and right of ark targets and then seeing what individuals come to achieve. No one ever fails, but they always achieve valuable learning lessons which then develop into deep ingrained thoughts and ideas in the future. I will leave you - the reader - with one thought. "If you can inspire, just one individual, through actions, compassion, wisdom or even kindness. You will or may never know the impact that you have. You lead and mentor, just by being you, so why not try and be a better version in everything and then, seek to inspire yourself". You got this. Ian
