😂 I lost a day; damn night shift, I was trying to figure out how I got to Friday but only had two workouts in. I’m back on track now, just gotta hit today, Friday, and Saturday and I’ll be good. Wake Up: straight 50 @ 32kg. Workout: all with double 16kg. Only modification is my usual clean before each rep on the thruster. I just love the rhythm of those. This was a sneaky one that built up over rounds. Very pleased that my lunges were good but a struggle w/ double 16kg. I’ve definately progressed in a fairly short period of time. Other (unintentional) modification: I rack carried 200 feet instead of the prescribed 100 feet; I mixed up my distance markers down my street and didn’t realize until halfway through the last rounds carries, 😂. I guess what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger, and it definately makes your upper middle back burn, 😂. Finished with 3 x 8 @ 32kg towel curls.
