Final Workout. It’s still Sunday for me, so I’m still in the 30 days, 😂. Smooth workout. 50lb x 50 rep straight set. Workout w/ 35lber. Congrats to self and everyone else that completed. Here’s to continuing and building on good habits formed the last 30 days!

Some of my go tos: 1. Guns N’ Roses 2. Danzig 3. Misfits (Danzig Era) 4. DMX 5. Blue Oyster Cult With that said: 9 times out of 10, I go silent, just my breathing, metal clanging, and the occasional primal roar when I finish a set.

😢 Only one more to go. Wake Up: Straight 50 x 32kg. Work Out: As prescribed @ 24kg. Pretty much spot on on the KB weight. Simple no frills workout that got the job done. Finish: 3 x 10,7,8 @ 32kg Towel Curls. Only one workout left. Makes me 😢 but also makes me proud that I’ve been going for 30 days straight!

😂 I lost a day; damn night shift, I was trying to figure out how I got to Friday but only had two workouts in. I’m back on track now, just gotta hit today, Friday, and Saturday and I’ll be good. Wake Up: straight 50 @ 32kg. Workout: all with double 16kg. Only modification is my usual clean before each rep on the thruster. I just love the rhythm of those. This was a sneaky one that built up over rounds. Very pleased that my lunges were good but a struggle w/ double 16kg. I’ve definately progressed in a fairly short period of time. Other (unintentional) modification: I rack carried 200 feet instead of the prescribed 100 feet; I mixed up my distance markers down my street and didn’t realize until halfway through the last rounds carries, 😂. I guess what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger, and it definately makes your upper middle back burn, 😂. Finished with 3 x 8 @ 32kg towel curls.

Thanks. I wouldn’t say “no” issues, 😂 it was kicking my butt…I was like…”last time 100 feet wasnt this bad. I feel like I’m going twice as long”, and trying to figure it out, then I noticed I was at a neighbor’s mailbox that I’ve marked as the 100 foot mark, (not the 50 foot mark, that’s the white mailbox, 😂)and turning around, 😂.
