Can I also suggest on your K block have you arms out rather than in front of your body as you not making yourself big enough. Secondly on your stance I would suggest you elbow to be slightly more bent not much but you want your hands in front of your body just in case you need to get your hands up

@Tyler Elborn-Wilson were lucky here there is abundance of coaches unfortunately not all are good and just go through the basics and take the money.
