Working my first deal is so stressful lmao but I’ve been learning a lot and just trying to figure it out. Any tips on what marketing and gov lists I should focus on for my first lead atleast in the California market and Midwest? I’m currently doing CV, Probates, and Pre-fore while texting each owner using Google voice and calling using DealMachine Dialer since I don’t have to skip trace on there. Also would love to JV with anyone!
