How are you all cold calling? Do you use AI or are you personally calling motivated sellers ???

I understand we all get frustrated, eager, impatient, mad, sad, etc far as where we want to be in life and in real estate, but like my favorite rapper the late great Nipsey Hussle would say “It’s a MARATHON…. Not a sprint”… Sometimes you have to take a few steps back and look at your progress you’ve obtained v/s what you haven’t. Give yourself credit and continue working hard. I believe in all of you. Keep implementing and working hard, you’ll get to the finish line soon. And last but not least… You can’t base your chapter 1 off of somebody’s chapter 10.

I am going to signup for xLeads. I am trying to decide whether to take the chance and wait until after the release of version 3 or sign up now. I know that the price may be higher if I wait. While I don't expect the free trial to change my thinking, I'm holding off so that my free trial is with the new version. Does anyone have thoughts on the wisdom of waiting?

It is just me but I think it would be super smart, to say, I am going to take 1 to 500, then the next person 501 to 1000. So on. Just so people are not repeating the same work. JUST a thought.
