North Carolina Compliance Question
October 1st I see a new bill passed "HB 797" basically requiring brokers license to wholesale in NC. Anyone insights on that?

@Canter Clark I believe it is in effect, but some of the provisions of it may not be fully enforceable. There is no details on whether NCREC has adopted all of the rules but should be considered the statute is enforceable. So, typical government clarity.

DNC and Xleads
Hello y'all! Any way to make sure we are not calling DNC numbers? I am contemplating using a scrubbing company for downloaded lists before uploading into the lead list. Or is there a way to pull data and tag the DNC numbers efficiently within the app or GHL platform. TIA
