Bye Bye Food Noise
This is what happens when you stop restricting and start eating like a normal person! My client came to me last year struggling with food noise and restrictions in her diet. She'd been on every diet, cutting out carbs, skipping meals, obsessing over every calorie. The restrictive cycle was exhausting. And I understood her completely. I couldnt wait to help. Getting results isnt about cutting everything and having a boring life. Its about learning how to have a good relationship with food and have flexbility. We worked together for 6 weeks, and she learned how to eat flexibly, no food rules, no "good" or "bad" foods, just a framework that actually works. She took a break after our time together, but the habits stuck. Now? She's almost at her dream body AND the food noise is GONE! What a beautiful update for me to get. Full body workout done βœ…οΈ
I have just done the full body workout with weights that Holly posted in for members. I loved it. Great mix of strength training and cardio. Perfect for menopause! Holly what size weights do you use? How many times a week should i do it?

Hi Lovely! Yay so glad you loved the workout! I use just max 1.5kg. I think 2-3x is enough
