creatorly troublshooting

First, it sounds like you’re hitting a usage cap on Creatorly’s AI module builder. Many of these AI-based course platforms set low limits on free or basic plans — they’ll say you can “create unlimited modules,” but the AI credits for auto-generating lessons run out fast.

My advice: - Double-check your plan details and upgrade options — sometimes a higher tier unlocks more AI credits. - If the AI is blocked, pivot: draft your module structure manually first in Google Docs, then use Creatorly just for uploading and hosting. - Start looking for alternatives with better support. Tools like Thinkific, Teachable, or Kajabi aren’t as AI-focused, but they’re reliable, with real support teams and easy module creation.
Need Funnel Expert for workflow registration
Hello, We had a "coming soon" page with a few contacts signed up. Once our Regular Opt In page was up, I manually typed their names into the form. They were captured into Workflow 1 (Confirmation Sequence) and Workflow 2 (Webinar Countdown). However, they were not enrolled into Workflow 3 (Offer Closedown). This was strange, because last week I did the same thing and it worked out just fine. However, today I did notice I had one setting off for Workflow 3 (enroll on page view instead of calendar event registration... even though the calendar event was connected to the same page view.) So for each of these contacts, I had manually checked that they are added to the correct Calender Events. However, when I tested manually adding my team member to Workflow 3, they immediately received all 10 Emails at once... I need the help of a funnel expert who can help me ensure that the 7 contacts are added in to Workflow 3 without spamming them all the Offer Closedown emails in one go. Thank you, Abeer

From what you’ve described, there are a few key points: - The original manual entry worked because the trigger conditions in Workflow 3 were aligned properly (most likely “Enroll on calendar event registration”). - The current misalignment — “Enroll on page view” — has caused a logic mismatch. Because your calendar event and the page view were technically linked, the workflow should have caught them, but it didn’t, likely due to cookie/session mismatches for contacts added manually. - When you tested by adding a team member, the system saw that they skipped all wait conditions and instantly received every email in the sequence. This indicates that your Workflow 3 is likely built with immediate “send email” steps instead of delays based on relative dates or a “wait until” logic tied to the offer closing date. ✅ Recommended Solution Here’s what I’d do to fix this without spamming your contacts: 1️⃣ Check Your Workflow 3 Logic - Confirm that your Workflow 3 is set up with relative date-based wait steps or condition-based delays (e.g., “Wait until X date,” “Wait until 3 days before event,” etc.). - If you have only instant “Send Email” steps, any new contact will get all emails at once. That’s exactly what happened with your team member test. 2️⃣ Temporarily Pause the Workflow - If possible, put Workflow 3 in a paused state. This prevents an accidental mass send while you adjust the triggers and conditions. 3️⃣ Adjust Trigger Conditions - Switch the trigger back to “Enroll on calendar event registration” or another reliable action that you can manually control. - For these 7 contacts, double-check that they are indeed marked as registered for the correct calendar event. 4️⃣ Manually Enroll Using a Safe Method - Before re-enrolling these contacts, test the entire sequence with a test contact and verify that the wait steps hold as expected. - Only when you see that your test contact enters the workflow but does not get all emails instantly should you batch-add the 7 contacts.

The Subconscious, Persuasion, and Selling
If you enjoyed the 3-day Selling Online Challenge and want to dive deeper, check out The Russell Brunson Show podcast and also Russell Brunson's You-Tube Channel. Loved the challenge? Wait until you watch this series with his Reviews of some of these Classic Books on Persuasion, the Subconscious, and Propaganda from his library, you will be amazed. These videos on YouTube also have a Study Guide you can download if you wish to explore this more on your own. This week on The Russell Brunson Show podcast, Russell goes deep on the subconscious - with Monday's review of Propaganda by Edward Bernays and the use of subconscious marketing to drive the masses. This was a fascinating overview of how using celebrities and symbols of status, wealth, & freedom could drive social movements, fashion trends and lucrative sales. This is followed up by Wednesday's interview with Matt Gray on the role of your subconscious in business and how you can rewire your subconscious for success. You can find Russell's YouTube video on Propaganda, written by Edward Bernays below: I paid $12,500 for this book about mind control...it was worth it.

🚀 Are You Still Doing Everything Yourself?
Here’s a question for you: If your phone could book your meetings, write your posts, reply to emails, and even design your next offer, would you still sit there doing it all by hand? Because guess what? In 2025, it’s not just possible, it’s normal. 🤖 Agentic AI (think of it like your own invisible assistant) is no longer sci-fi. It's not a robot that just chats. It does the work – it learns, plans, acts, and sorts the boring stuff for you. 💡 Imagine a business that helps run itself, so you’re not stuck in admin mode. You’re freed up for the fun bits – creativity, vision, and actually growing your ideas. 📅 Less inbox. More ideas. 📈 Less juggling. More earnings. Not sure where to start? Try this: 💡 3 Simple Ways to Get Started with Agentic AI (Without Losing Your Mind): 1️⃣ Start small. Automate one boring job. - Task to outsource: Appointment booking or simple content creation. - AI Tool to use: Try TidyCal or SavvyCal for scheduling. Use Castmagic or Jasper for social posts. - How to tweak: Check what the AI scheduled or posted once a week. Are the messages on-brand? Do the appointment links work? Adjust your templates if things sound weird, like your AI suddenly decided to write as a pirate. 2️⃣ Let it run. Fix as you go. - Set-and-forget tool: Set up Make.com or Zapier to connect your booking form or content tool to your email list or CRM. - How to tweak: Each Friday, skim your results. - Treat the AI like a trainee – check in once a week, not every 5 minutes. 3️⃣ Guard your new free time like a dragon. - What to do instead of admin tasks? - Or, if you’re me: Plot world domination from your shed. Bake mediocre brownies and call it ‘team building.’ Sit quietly, pretending you're ‘strategising.’ Now… think about this: 👉 If AI could handle your busywork… what would you spend more time on? 🎨 Finally painting that kitchen? 🚲 Long walks with your dog (or kid, or just yourself)? 📕 Writing that book you’ve been pretending to start?

What’s the #1 meal you could eat for the rest of your life?
What's up, how are you all doing today? Got a really important question for you... So, alright, listen up I’ve been coaching entrepreneurs on energy, focus & nutrition for a while now And here’s one thing I’ve noticed: Most guys have no go-to meals that actually fuel their brain So they either skip food entirely or live on toast and caffeine And then they wonder why they can’t focus for more than 30 minutes... But the best performers I work with? They’ve dialed in 2–3 staple meals that are nutrient-dense, energizing, and dead simple to make Mine? Probably a fatty cut of beef, some eggs, fruit and a bit of honey Keeps my brain clear and my energy locked in for hours So, tell me what’s for you that one meal you could eat every day for max energy and performance? Got some time on my hands, so just drop it down and I'll see how to optimize it for peak performance!
