I NEED HELP! XVLIFE.IO
Well… kind of 😂 with XVLIFE.IO We finally finished the XV Life app.And yes… it’s free. We basically built a better mix of Skool, Instagram, and LinkedIn all in one platform. Plus a prayer wall. It also has 11 brain and personality assessment scans to help you gain real clarity and transparency about yourself, your relationships, and how you operate. It’s honestly pretty wild. Go check it out and drop a comment inside the app.If you have questions just DM me. We’ll be slowly moving everything over there because…it’s way cooler. 😅 XVLIFE.IO is a website, this is not in your app store its on the internet. But you can convert it to app from your browser, dm on how to do that.

WOW!🤩
EVOLVED
I used to think kindness would be returned, and that love would make people show up right. But life taught me something different. People will be who they are, no matter how good you are to them. And honestly? That’s why protecting your peace matters more than chasing connections that confuse you. We’re living in a time where mixed signals are normal, honesty is rare, and too many people want access without accountability.I know what I bring to the table. I’m just done sitting at tables where consistency, clarity, and real communication aren’t on the menu. Thank y’all for being here! Hilarie ❤️

Don't punish yourself
Getting off track doesn’t mean you failed. It means you’re human. Missing a workout, eating off plan, or having an off week isn’t something you need to punish yourself for. That mindset usually creates more damage than the setback itself. Progress isn’t built by being perfect. It’s built by getting back on track without guilt, shame, or overcorrection. Reset. Refocus. Keep moving.

Thank you. Messages like this keep me centered instead of spiraling. I’m learning to reset without beating myself up, and it’s making all the difference.

The Moment I Realized I Didn’t Know Who I Was
Most mental health struggles don’t start with stress. They start when our sense of worth is tied to performance. There was a season where nothing was wrong…but I still felt empty. I was doing the right things, staying busy, making progress on paper. And yet, the quieter life got, the more anxious I felt. That’s when it hit me, if I wasn’t producing or proving something, I didn’t know who I was anymore. That wasn’t burnout...That was an identity crisis. Most mental health struggles don’t come from laziness or weakness. They come from tying our worth to performance. Your worth doesn’t come from what you do. Your peace isn’t something you earn. Mental health improves when identity is rooted in being, not performing. What false identity do you need to let go of?

I feel like I’m moving in slow motion, stuck in the same cycles, while everything around me keeps spinning.

I move through life in constant motion, but when I stop, it feels like I drop into slow‑mo while the world keeps spinning at full speed. It’s like I only know how to keep up when I’m doing something.”
