I tried a new format for my most recent video where I did a full walk through of a free expense tracker I created. Even with less than 100 views, it led to several people downloading the free spreadsheet and which converted to 3 sales on Etsy for my budget template! 🥳🥳🥳

Just wanted to share a follow up to my last win. So I was at 113 subscribers when I posted my last video on Friday. I’m now at 1046 subscribers with over 20k views on that video. It’s hard to believe. I’m in the food prep niche and I decided to do “my take” on a trending topic to see if this strategy could still work for a small channel like mine. It did. Anyhoo !! Now let’s build that watch time lol :)

I don’t post much here but needed to share b/c nobody I know IRL gets it lol. Just hit 100 Subscribers 🤩 I’ve been posting long form videos 1x a week since Jan.1 when I had less than 10. I posted my first short on Friday and it really helped drive views across everything. I added over 25 subscribers in 2 days. I don’t know if that’s great or not but it’s the most momentum I’ve had ever so yay :) Keep going everyone 💪

What schedule or cadence do you currently have for creating and uploading videos? What’s your process for generating ideas, scripting, recording, designing thumbnail and uploading?
