I just wrapped up an incredible two-day Boots-to-Business workshop with the amazing troops at Fort Benning Army Base on October 7-8, 2025, and I’m still buzzing from the experience! Fourteen phenomenal individuals showed up, not just eager to learn but absolutely fired up about supporting one another. The energy in the room was electric! The questions, engagement, and interaction were next level. These folks dove into every topic with passion and curiosity, sparking discussions that could’ve gone on for days. During every break, the room hummed with chatter as they shared ideas, networked, and built connections—pure music to my ears! The cherry on top? I was deeply honored to receive a Challenge Coin from an Infantry Colonel at the workshop’s end. For those familiar with the tradition, you know this is one of the highest honors one colleague can bestow on another. It’s a moment I’ll carry with me forever. Over these two days, this group embodied what a true think tank looks like (no Army pun intended with the "tank" reference 😉). As iron sharpens iron, they sharpened each other—collaborating, inspiring, and elevating one another.
