hi @Peter Wilson do you have a list of venues you are attending or is it adhoc, you just happen to be in a place on a certain day?
PMA and Bank Accounts
Hi, I have just watched the PMA classroom, with Peter talking about operating bank accounts for a PMA. What if a business rebranded as a PMA, would they be able to operate a trading bank account under a PMA? with DD and money paid in via card machines? Peter talks about having 2 accounts closed down. What would the alternative be for the PMA?
Wow request for help or support
So my husband was killed in an an 'alleged accident accident' whilst in scotland on a liveaboad diving trip', commercial vessel in 2012 At that time we had been married 18 years and had a 9month old son and I was also pregnant, unfortunately I lost the baby 3 weeks after burying my husband!! Denied a Police liason officer and to be frank impolite have fobbed me off at every avenue nothing to do with us Scottish police. Scotland you live in England your local police and round in circles it continues, this is despite threats to my life directly in relation to the case, I've even sat in Lloyd house on two separate occassions for the whole day with my son refusing to move until a ststement taken to date never have!! Video footage of professional drones inside my garden 3x and issues of being followed, nothing!!!! So I'm obviously widowed, single and sole carer to my son who is now 13 and has disabilities (so some protected rights) When my husband died contacted local, bham solicitors thompsons I was called back from their Scottish offices and told as he had died in scotland it needed to be dealt with in Scotland, more recents I've been told no it could and should have been dealt with in England as you are all English and only ever lived in England and it was dealt with by Birmingham coroners! There is also paperwork where the initial coroner whom was looking at corporate manslaughter stated all agencies need to become involved and now!! Not that anyone did!! And that the family would benefit from actions in England!! I've always insisted it should be dealt with criminally but who am I...thompsons raised to civil claims one for me and one for our young son. In 2016 I received calls from media for comments?? On what I asked?? You cases been timebarred??? Didn't even know what it meant. Quick call to solicitors and then a letter confirming. Infact there had been two hearings that we had not been informed off. Devaststing. It was during this time I had two threats against me and a bizzare convo someone giving me lots of info?? And need to walk away?? Its been he'll. Anyone who has kids knows you will fight all the way fir them especially having lost there dad!!

Oh my gosh, I have just finished reading your post. I’m afraid I wouldn’t have the first clue of how to help you, I’m new to the group myself. But please know my heart goes out to you.x. I hope you manage to get the support you need to help fight the case.

Council Tax HMRC AI Assistant going live https://t.me/+hckJhpjP8so1NTc8
The Council Tax AI and Agent Light will go live tomorrow, It will solve many Council Tax issues using Legislation, Halsbury and Case law. This is at the test stage, and for this group only. Later it will go outside the group to actually turn the tide, i hope. I will set up a group on Telegram for this, (tonight) and then go through what it is, and how to use it at 7.30pm Thursday. I will post the new Telegram group here later. This only the test phase, and is only for Skool members, or people that i select for value. 😃 Update: The Ai incorporated HMRC bolt on pack. I’ve reviewed the update, and here’s what this AI can now do for Council Tax (CT) and HMRC enforcement: 1. Purpose of the Bolt-On 1.A. Extends the Novice A–E (Stages 1–5) framework from Council Tax into HMRC enforcement. 1.B. Not a standalone system – it plugs into CT AI Light. 1.C. Substitutes HMRC statutes/enforcement pathways into the same legal and advocacy logic. 2. Scope of the AI 2.A. Restricted to Novice A–E stages (1–5) only. 2.B. Intermediate and Advanced strategies are excluded. 2.C. Outputs it can generate for both CT and HMRC: i. Checklists ii. Courtroom Scripts (150–300 words) iii. Remedy Maps (Refusal, Adjournment, Injunction, Restitution, Damages) iv. Authorities (Statute + Case Law + Halsbury) v. Worked Examples and Training Tools. 3. Statutory Substitution Map (CT ↔️ HMRC) Reg.19 Demand Notice (CT) ↔️ TMA 1970 ss.28C/29 Assessment (HMRC). Regs.34–36 Summons (CT) ↔️ HMRC CCJ or Enforcement Order. Flat-rate Costs (Nicolson principle) ↔️ HMRC Enforcement Costs/Fees. Bulk Summons (CT) ↔️ Bulk CCJs (HMRC). Remedies identical: refusal, adjournment, injunction, restitution, damages. 4. Workflow i. Stage 1 – Jurisdiction: check valid assessment/service. ii. If HMRC clears Stage 1, move to Stage 2 – Fairness (EqA/HRA safeguards). iii. Escalate step by step through Stage 3 → Stage 4 → Stage 5. iv. Always apply the Remedy Ladder: Refuse → Adjourn → Injunction → Restitution → Damages.

Thank you @Dave DimeBar for what appears to be a mammoth task. I am not sure if I am not able to take in all of the above because it’s brain overload or if it’s anxiety at taking on such a beast. I will try the telegram group aswell.x.
HMRC debt
Hi Guys, glad to be here. I have a debt related question with hrmc. I'm late on a payment and am now receiving letters from PDCS, which are a DCA. Do hmrc sell on the debts to DCA's? Can you take the same approach as you would with credit cards etc? What are the consequences of going down this route?

@Mark Harries I appreciate this post was some time ago, how did you get on with your challenge? Please can you direct me to the modules you used. I have SAR’d the DCA, who have referred it straight back to HMRC. I am not sure what to do next. Other than SAR HMRC?
