Hi all! Hector here. I was born and raised in Mexico, but have now resided in Arizona for the last 20 years! I currently work in Scottsdale, AZ as Redwood Investment Management's CRM Manager. My background is in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pardot. I also have some familiarity with Redtail. I joined this community to learn from other professionals and collaborate on solutions. Redwood is the only RIA I've worked for, so I think there is a lot of opportunity to explore how other firms are running their departments and which tools are being used to accommodate workflows. We recently underwent a custodian change, which exposed the inefficiencies and gaps in our workflows. One of the main projects I'm working on is onboarding our Operations team into Salesforce Service Cloud to better service our clients. Looking forward to learning from you all!
