Can I be real for a second? Building a business alone is HARD. There are days when you doubt yourself. Days when you want to quit. Days when you wonder if anyone even cares. And on those days, you need people who remind you: "You've got this." "Keep going." "I believe in you." That's your Hype Squad. And if you don't have one yet? It's time to build it. HERE'S THE QUESTION: Who's in YOUR Hype Squad? Who celebrates your wins? Who reminds you you're capable? Who shows up when you need support? Drop their name below and TAG THEM! 👇 Let them know they're appreciated! 💜 (And if you need help building your Hype Squad, check out this today's lesson! 🔥)

No one is better at this than my kiddos and hubby. They listen to me talk thinks out loud. Are there with a game, movie or cooking break when I need it (even if they are all Minecraft and Roblox inspired... got to enjoy their interests too). And this week we got to DANCE, celebrating new clients.
THURSDAY CAFFEINE & CLARITY ☕
Good morning, Rise & Grinders! Let's talk about confidence. Because here's the thing: Most of us are waiting to feel confident before we take action. We think: •"I'll post that content when I feel more confident" •"I'll launch that offer when I'm more confident" •"I'll call myself a CEO when I feel confident enough" But here's the truth: Confidence doesn't come BEFORE action. It comes AFTER. You don't feel confident and THEN do the thing. You DO the thing, and THEN you feel confident. Think about it: The first time you posted on social media? Terrifying. The 100th time? Easy. The first time you sold something? Scary. The 100th time? Confident. Confidence is built through REPS, not feelings. HERE'S MY QUESTION FOR YOU: What's ONE thing you've been waiting to feel "confident enough" to do? Drop it below. 👇 And then... what if you just did it anyway? Not when you feel ready. Not when you feel confident. Just... now. Let's talk about it. ☕💜 (P.S. This today's lesson is all about how to actually BUILD confidence as a CEO (and dealing with Imposter Syndrome) - go check it out if you're tired of waiting to feel ready! 🔥)

Confidence definitely was (and is) a hard one for me. Tiny example? I used to never leave voice notes… not even for my mom. I just don’t loooove my voice — especially in a phone message. It always felt awkward. But now? I’m sending tiny side conversations all day long because, well… mom life doesn’t stop. And honestly, it’s easier to speak than type every single thing. I’ve grown more confident in leaving messages. Or… more confident.🙃

🔥 INTRODUCE YOURSELF POST
✨ INTRODUCE YOURSELF HERE! ✨ This is where we get to know YOU — the heart behind the goals, the chaos, the dreams, and the “I swear I’m trying” energy. 😂💜 Drop a comment with: 1. Your name (or nickname — we love those) 2. Where are you from 3. What season of life are you in right now 4. One thing you want from Rise & Grind 5. One fun/funny/chaotic fact about you Examples: - “I’m Ashley, I run on caffeine, ambition, and random bursts of hyperfocus.” - “I’m learning to balance family, business, and not losing my mind.” - “My dog thinks he’s my supervisor.” - “I’m here because 2026 is MY YEAR and I need structure.” Don’t overthink it — just jump in. We’re humans here, not robots. Let’s kick off this community the right way: honest, connected, supported, and caffeinated. 💛✨
