The Not-Self Audit: Look at your 2026 goals list. Now, ask yourself where that goal came from. â˘Open Heart (Willpower): "I need to hit this income goal to prove Iâm successful/worthy." â˘Open Sacral (Work/Life Force): "I need to do more and work harder so I don't look lazy." â˘Open Solar Plexus (Emotion): "I need to be a 'nice' brand so no one gets mad at me." â˘Open Head/Ajna (Ideas/Certainty): "I need to have the perfect strategy figured out right now." If a goal feels heavy, tight, or frantic... itâs likely not yours. Itâs conditioning. Your Assignment: 1.Look at your list. 2.Find ONE goal that feels like "pressure" or "proving." 3.Cross it out.
