You’re working way too hard inside your Skool community… and you don’t even realize it.
I just watched a training that honestly blew my mind. Not hype. Not fluff.Actual game changer tools that can have your community running for you… instead of you doing everything manually. 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐲) 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐡𝐨’𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 👀 𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐲 (𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞) 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐩𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬/𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞. There are different levels depending on where you’re at…but even the beginner level is powerful if you’re under 100–200 members. I’m upgrading to VIP. That’s how serious I am about this, it is a COMPLETE game changer for Skool community owners If you’re building a Skool community and you’re Trying to stay consistent Trying to keep people engagedTrying not to burn out You need to watch this. Late to the introduction party 😄
Hi everyone! I’m Heather 👋 I’m a homeschooling mom, retired young high school math teacher, and now online business owner who helps other moms learn how to make money online without living on their phone all day or burning out. I love cooking, baking, gardening, spending time with my family and I love Jesus! I focus a lot on: • simple digital marketing • multiple income streams • automation + systems that protect family time I’m here to learn, connect, and add value wherever I can — especially around content, visibility, and building income that fits real life (school drop-offs, dinner, and all 😅). I also run a free community where I teach moms how to turn what they already know into income using digital tools. Happy to share resources if it helps — and excited to connect with y’all!

Quick Time Management Tips (Sharing in Case This Helps)
I shared this in my community earlier and thought I’d drop it here too in case it helps someone. One of the biggest things I hear from people wanting to build something online is: “I just don’t have time.” But often it’s not about having more time — it’s about using small pockets intentionally. A few simple ideas: • Listen to personal development during car rides • Use waiting time to respond to messages • Set a 15-minute timer and focus on one task • Plan your top 3 priorities the night before • Replace some scrolling with learning or outreach • Batch tasks so you’re not switching constantly •And .... we all sit on the potty 🫣! I will never forget when my college professor (25 yrs ago) said study your flashcards when you use the bathroom 🚽 🤣 Imagine how many messages you can send 🤔 You don’t need hours — consistency in small pockets adds up. Hope this helps someone today.

@Tracy Martin I always try to encourage my community in this bc stopping to answer a message while in the middle of a task usually derails us and we don't go back to finish.

@Miri Campbell That is awesome. Getting it done. :)
When Growth Needs Clarity, Not More Hustle
Hey friends — just dropping something here that’s been helpful for some people I’ve been working with. Instead of using a calendar to plan ahead, this is about going back to pen and paper and writing down what you actually do each day in your business. Not what you meant to do — what really happened. A lot of times life gets busy and we feel like we worked… but when we slow down and write it out, we realize we skipped income-producing actions and mostly just scrolled or reacted. Seeing it on paper makes it easier to spot gaps and make small adjustments without overwhelm. Sharing in case it helps someone else. 💛

📣 Social Media Reminder: Repetition Builds Revenue
For those of you still using social media to grow your business… Quick reminder: people need to see something multiple times before they buy. Not once. Not twice. Usually over and over. Repetition builds familiarity. Familiarity builds trust. Trust builds sales. If you feel like you’re “posting too much,” you’re probably just finally being seen. Also — go back to your older posts and drop a fresh comment on them. Add an update, a result, or a new thought. Every new comment pushes that post back into the feed. You don’t always need more content. You need more mileage from the content you already created. Consistency feels repetitive to you. To your audience, it feels reliable.
