Movie Poster = Starring you!
Play around with it! Fill in the blank with your favorite movie. Head to chatgpt.com/images, attach a photo of yourself, and paste this prompt, adding your name and famous movie name applicably in the first paragraph. Have fun! ____________________________________ "Create a cinematic, visually stunning movie poster inspired by the movie ________, featuring me, [my name], as the star. Use the attached photo of me. It was soooo easy. (And close to free.) Last week, I saved HOURS. I didn't work faster. I just stopped doing the stuff Claude Extension could do while I was busy being human. š—›š—²š—暝—²'š˜€ š—® š—暝—²š—®š—¹ š—²š˜…š—®š—ŗš—½š—¹š—²... My email blast looked perfect in Outlook. Then I checked it in Yahoo. The spacing was a mess. Fixing that kind of thing means digging into CSS files and HTML code. That's not a quick fix. Claude's Chrome Extension found the issue and corrected it while I kept working on other things. That's the point. I stayed human while AI fixed my tech problem. š—Ŗš—µš—®š˜ š—¶š˜ š—±š—¼š—²š˜€: It lives inside your Chrome browser as a side panel. You tell it what to do and it gets to work. It clicks buttons, fills forms, pulls data from dashboards, and moves between tabs on its own. You don't have to stop what you're doing. It runs in the background while you stay focused on the work only you can do. š—Ŗš—µš—®š˜ š—¶š˜ š—°š—¼š˜€š˜š˜€: It's free to download. You'll need a paid Claude plan to use it. I'm on the $20 a month Pro plan. Higher tier plans unlock more powerful features, but the Pro plan gets the job done. š—›š—¼š˜„ š˜š—¼ š˜€š—²š˜ š˜‚š—½ š—–š—¹š—®š˜‚š—±š—² š—˜š˜…š˜š—²š—»š˜€š—¶š—¼š—»: 1 - Open Google Chrome 2 - Go to the Chrome Web Store and search "Claude AI for Chrome" 3 - Click Add to Chrome 4 - Sign in with your Claude account 5 - Click the puzzle piece icon in your toolbar and pin Claude 6 - Click the Claude icon to open your side panel 7 - Type what you want done and let it work You are welcome in advance. =) š—§š—²š—¹š—¹ š—ŗš—²: - š˜š—µš—² š—¼š—»š—² š˜š—®š˜€š—ø š˜†š—¼š˜‚ š—µš—®š˜š—² š—±š—¼š—¶š—»š—“ š—ŗš—¼š˜€š˜. @Paul Defrin Hi Paul - welcome to the group. 35 years in production - WOW! Help me understand what types of things you 3D print. Would love to know more. Where in Florida are you located?

@Paul Defrin Orlando is a great location for tradeshows, assuming you are somewhat close to the convention center. Emergencies always happen in our industry, and being closer to the Convention Center is a huge bonus for potential clients. Freeman is my favorite GC since they seem to be the most organized i.e. Quick Facts come out early and has the details exhibit houses and exhibitors need quickly. And their prices for their shows seem to be fair. For printing, do you do dyesub/fabric printing? Hanging signs? I love how "the sky is the limit" when it comes to 3D printing, but I'm not creative enough to come up with use cases for them. A client of mine just bought a 3D printer, and he is playing around with little things like fidget spinners and replacement parts for around his house. Can you print mini replicas of peoples booths? Or 3D QR codes?
Plaud = The Device That's Changing Trade Shows
š—§š—²š—°š—µ š—§š—¼š—¼š—¹ š—™š—暝—¶š—±š—®š˜†: Badge scans give you a name, email, and generic details. That tells you nothing: what they said, what they need, or how they feel. But things are changing. Let me introduce you to Plaud.ai. š—Ŗš—µš—®š˜ š—œš˜€ š—œš˜?: Plaud.ai is a wearable AI recording device that clips right to your lanyard, shirt, phone, etc. It records your conversations, syncs to your phone, and delivers a full transcript, speaker-labeled notes, and AI-generated action items automatically. š—Ŗš—µš˜† š—œš˜ š—•š—²š—®š˜š˜€ š—Ÿš—²š—®š—± š—–š—®š—½š˜š˜‚š—暝—² š—˜š˜ƒš—²š—暝˜† š—§š—¶š—ŗš—²?: No more scribbled notes. No more "I think he mentioned Q3." No more follow-up emails that sound like you forgot who you talked to. After the show, drop every conversation summary into ChatGPT or Claude and ask it to flag the hottest leads, identify the top pain points, and suggest one piece of content to send the whole list. What comes back is a sales intelligence report, a content strategy, and a follow-up plan. All in one shot. Your booth is the best focus group you'll never pay for. Plaud captures everything that focus group is telling you. š—Ŗš—µš—®š˜ š—œš˜ š—–š—¼š˜€š˜š˜€?: šŸ’²Hardware starts at $159 (one-time). šŸ’²Service plan runs about $8.33/month billed annually. Worth every penny before your next show. š—›š—¼š˜„ š—§š—¼ š—Øš˜€š—² š—œš˜: 1. Clip it to your lanyard, shirt, phone, etc 2. Tap once to record when someone walks up 3. Tap again when the conversation ends 4. Review transcripts and summaries in the app 5. Feed summaries into your AI tool for follow-up and analysis That's it. 10 minutes to learn. 30 seconds per conversation to operate. I called this out in my chapter in *AI in the Field* (co-written with Alicia Lyttle) and I'm calling it out again here. It's my #1 recommendation right now. What do you think about this technology on the show floor? How useful, or useless, do you see this being?

The Best Tour Guide in your Back Pocket!
You’re driving through somewhere you’ve never been, and your phone starts telling you exactly what happened right in that exact spot. Not a generic Wikipedia summary. A real story. Like your grandpa is sitting in the back seat pointing out the window. ā¤ļø That’s Guide Along. And I freaking love it. My mom and I used it driving through South Dakota last year. A stranger we met at dinner recommended it early in our trip and it honestly made the entire trip. Any time you pass a site worth talking about, the app starts talking. It just knows where you are and tells you the story. It also gives you turn-by-turn directions if you’re going to take the whole tour. They have tours for: • U.S. West and East • Hawaii and Alaska • Canada and Puerto Rico • Iceland, Mexico, Scotland, and Australia Pricing ranges from about $20 to $85 depending on your destination. You buy by location so you only pay for where you are going. To get it, search ā€œGuideAlongā€ in your app store. If you are heading to a trade show city this year or taking a road trip along the way, this makes the drive a whole lot more interesting. FYI, I timed this Tech-Tool-Friday Tip on purpose. Summer is coming and families are about to hit the road. Consider this your head start. Where are you traveling this summer? Drop it in the comments.
