How’s everyone doing with the energy of the full moon? As with any full moon, the energy will taper off over the next two days - as it met it’s crescendo this morning around 3:33am. If you start to observe your own mind, body and soul a few days before, during and a few days after a full moon, you’ll begin to notice how the moon naturally affects you. For me - I sleep. Literally… last night was 11 hours. This happens pretty much every full moon. Dreams have been intense. With the eclipse energy - emotions were high yesterday as well. With it being in the sign of Virgo, you may have also noticed pushes towards health, routines, organizational aspects in your life, acts of service. So how are you today? How are you feeling? Happy Friday! Keeping it light and fun this morning as it’s a whirlwind of “get it done energy”! I came across a memory of mine on FB from 6 years ago and had a good laugh.
