POLL ✏️ Where do your customers come from?
I'm curious.... after chatting to some of you about your PMU businesses it's clear that we're all so different. Some thrive whilst others are confused as to how to get more clients. I thought this poll would be interesting for all of us to discover how most of us get our clients. Vote below to let us know from which method the majority of your clients come from. p.s. if you don't know, this is 100% something you should be tracking on your client booking form.

Word of mouth, Google when I regularly update it and will start paid ads soon as the market is massive now and I think paid ads are necessary. 15 yrs ago it was easy peasy but not now. Thanks ✨
Do you use flat needles?
Been playing around with some different needle configurations lately and wanted to share something that’s been working well for me especially on mature or sensitive skin. As we know, this skin type can be a bit tricky… it gets irritated easily, bleeds more, and sometimes just doesn’t hold pigment the way we want. I’ve been trying out flats and mags, specifically the 7 mag and 5 flat and I’m loving how they feel. With more needles hitting the skin at once (like 4 from a 7 mag), I can implant pigment quicker, which means less trauma overall. Because of the increased surface area, the needles don’t go as deep, way better for delicate skin. And it’s easier to see if your angle is right, which helps keep the strokes fine and crisp. So I’m still getting beautiful, thin lines just in a gentler, more efficient way. How about you, have you tired flats or mags for strokes? Let me know you're experience of them in comments. Kim

@Kim Loy many thanks :)
Have you ever felt like your business was running you?
That has been me this past year — juggling endless sales calls while missing out on the things that matter most, like family dinners and bedtime stories. Don’t get me wrong; it worked. It gave me freedom from the chair, and brought in €126,000 in extra revenue from my training business alone this year. But the cost? It was too high. That’s why I’m making a big change in 2025: no more sales calls 🙅‍♀️. Radical? Maybe. Necessary? Absolutely. I believe: You shouldn’t have entry barriers to get the skills and success you want. 🕒❌. If you’re busy (like me), clicking a button is far more practical than scheduling another Zoom 📅. Business growth doesn’t have to cost you your time, peace, or family dinners 🍽️❤️ Want to hear the full story? I’ve shared my journey — the lessons, the wins, and the shift I’m making next year — in this video 🎥: [Watch Here]. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by the "hustle," you’ll want to check it out. What’s Next? I’ve designed the Hyperrealism Brows Mastery Program to give you the skills you need without having to rearrange your busy work/family schedule to speak to me about it first 🚀. Here’s what you’ll get: Master a rare skill that sets you apart in the crowded PMU space ✨. Learn at your own pace with step-by-step guidance and access to ongoing support 📚. Earn premium rates without working more hours or needing a big fancy studio 💼💰. And on that note, here’s the link where you can join the Hyperrealism Brows Mastery Program: [JOIN TODAY] I've even thrown in a payment plan of $199 pm for 6 months! Whoop 🙌🏻 No Zoom calls. No pitches. Just click and go ✅. (Honestly, who needs the zoom call stress?) Let’s make working together simpler, smarter, and so much more fun 💃. Here to help you in the most efficient way possible... Kim x

Thank you for sharing this learning curve in your business. I totally agree with all that you’ve said regarding having the balance with family life & business. No amount of revenue is worth the time we have with our children & loved ones. Wishing you all the best with your new system for 2025! 💫
My 4th model!
Still struggling with getting the pattern exactly right on real skin as I find there's less room but I'm still happy with how they turned out
