Goals for the week 🚀
Happy Monday🥳 What's your #1 focus for this week? And what could STOP you from achieving it?

This week, I'm building my new film studio so I can ramp up Youtube videos and better business content for you guys. What could stop me is time. I'm busy fitting in clients before I'm away for xmas, so I don't have a huge amount of time right now.

@Kelley Jenkins 🙌 Let me know which part of the mini course you find most helpful.
POLL ✏️ Where do your customers come from?
I'm curious.... after chatting to some of you about your PMU businesses it's clear that we're all so different. Some thrive whilst others are confused as to how to get more clients. I thought this poll would be interesting for all of us to discover how most of us get our clients. Vote below to let us know from which method the majority of your clients come from. p.s. if you don't know, this is 100% something you should be tracking on your client booking form.

@Brooke Agunzo I believe in building our organic methods of getting leads and clients before testing out paid methods. Organic being SEO, Social, outreach etc... all methods I teach inside the Hyperrealism Brows Mastery program. If you want help to figure out what marketing strategy would be best for you to focus on we can perhaps jump on a Game Plan Call to help you clarify?

@Brooke Agunzo I've never heard of that to be honest. I'd be surprised if that were true as the platforms also want the consumer to have the best experience so if you're providing good content that is engaging the algorithm should show it to more people. The challenge with organic is that the content has to be high quality and engaging. With paid, you could post a rubbish ad and still have it get in front of 1000's of people. That's the trade off. You have to be better.

@Luckkana Aroonyadej Welcome Luckkana 🙌 Are you already a PMU Artist?

@Luckkana Aroonyadej Fab, is there something in particular you're struggling with that I can help you with?
What’s one lesson you wish you knew before starting in PMU?
I’ll go first. When I started in PMU, I thought it would be easier. I had just moved to a new country. I had a one-year-old. No support. No clients. No clue how to build a business here. So, like many of us, I borrowed money, took a 2-day Microblading course… and hoped for the best. But it was a disaster. Yes, I walked away with a certificate. But real skills? Nope. Confidence? None. Healed results? Inconsistent. Here’s what I wish someone had told me back then: → Short trainings create long-term struggles → Fresh results lie — healed results are the real truth → Watching isn’t the same as doing → Muscle memory beats motivation → Confidence comes from feedback → Specialising isn’t limiting — it’s how you stand out → And charging more? It’s not greedy — it’s how you sustain Your turn — what’s one thing you wish someone had told you before you started? Drop it below 👇

@Christina Hunt Time, practice and support. Elements which sadly a 2 day program can't provide. I'm glad you're now getting that with us in the Mastery program 🙌

@Brooke Agunzo Yes this is something that get's missed off most PMU trainings. Often we need to go looking for that guidance separately which is why I've built that into the Mastery program for those who want it: https://pmuprofitpathway.com/
Let’s Celebrate 🥳
What can we congratulate you on this week? BIG or SMALL - anything goes and it's super important to be aware of all the achievements you have, the things you're ticking off, and the progress you're making!
