Day 10: Understanding AI Models
Qwen What Qwen actually is Qwen is a large language model (LLM) designed to be general‑purpose and multilingual. It’s built to handle many everyday tasks reliably rather than specializing in just one thing. In simple terms: - You give it text (questions, ideas, instructions) - It understands context across languages - It responds with structured, useful text - Qwen is often discussed when people talk about AI that works well across topics and languages, not just English. - What people commonly use it for - Beginners often use Qwen‑style models for: - Writing and rewriting text - Translating between languages - Summarising articles or notes - Everyday planning and explanations General “help me think this through” tasks It’s a balanced, all‑rounder type of model. How to think about using it Qwen works best when you: Give clear context - Treat it like a helpful assistant, not an expert oracle - Use it for everyday thinking, not just hard problems - You don’t need technical prompts — plain language works well. - One small thing to try today Ask the AI to rewrite something for clarity. Example: “Rewrite this to be clearer and simpler, without changing the meaning.” Use it on: - A message - A paragraph - Notes you’ve already written - Simple step‑by‑step - Paste in a short piece of text - Ask for a clearer or simpler version - Compare the original and the rewrite - Keep the parts you like - You stay in control — the AI just helps refine. Why this helps You save time on everyday writing You learn how small wording changes improve clarity You build confidence using AI for normal tasks You see AI as a support tool, not a replacement This is how AI becomes quietly useful, not overwhelming.

You are like master to know all of them @Manda Jackson
AI Team Major Update
We are ready to launch, it has taken longer than I thought but it was well worth the wait. I will have the walk through done tomorrow. So many amazing features, extra models added. ChatGPT Claude Gemini Deepseek Mistral Just to name a few, there are more models in there. You can create custom agents, have global agents and client specific agents. All primary agents can communicate with each other within the chat so you can continue chatting with all 7 in 1 chat thread. I will have the full list of features tomorrow, it is now 1.30am and I need to relax as I am so hyped to have this finished.

Week 2 – Day 9: Understanding AI Models
DeepSeek What DeepSeek actually is DeepSeek is a large language model (LLM designed with a strong focus on reasoning and problem-solving. In simple terms: - You ask a question or describe a problem - It works through the logic step by step - It explains how it arrives at an answer - DeepSeek is often discussed when people talk about AI models that are good at thinking things through, not just generating text quickly. What people commonly use it for Beginners often use DeepSeek-style models for: - Breaking down complex questions - Working through decisions logically - Understanding technical or structured topics - Seeing the reasoning behind an answer - Learning how to approach problems more clearly - It’s useful when you don’t just want an answer — you want to understand it. How to use it (important mental model) DeepSeek works best when you: - Ask for explanations, not shortcuts - Encourage step-by-step reasoning - Slow the conversation down - You don’t need clever prompts. You can simply ask it to explain its thinking. One small thing to try today Ask the AI to solve something out loud. Example:“Can you walk me through this step by step and explain why each step matters?” Simple step-by-step - Open the AI chat - Ask a question that has more than one step - Request a step-by-step explanation - If it feels too complex, reply with:“Can you explain that more simply?” Stay in the same conversation. Why this helps - You learn how AI approaches reasoning - You become better at spotting mistakes - Complex problems feel less overwhelming - You build confidence using AI for thinking, not guessing This helps you choose AI tools based on clarity and reasoning, not just speed.

It sounds so interesting @Manda Jackson
Week 2 – Day 8: Understanding AI Models
LLaMA What LLaMA actually is LLaMA (Large Language Model Meta AI) is a family of open‑weight language models released by Meta.Unlike closed models, LLaMA is designed so developers and researchers can run, adapt, and build on it themselves. In simple terms: - It’s a powerful text‑understanding and text‑generation model - Often used behind the scenes in tools and apps - Known for flexibility and efficiency when run locally or on servers What people commonly use it for Beginners and builders use LLaMA for: - Learning how modern AI models work under the hood - Powering chatbots or assistants in custom apps - Writing, summarizing, and explaining text - Running AI locally for privacy or experimentation - Fine‑tuning models for specific tasks You might not “chat with LLaMA” directly every day — but many tools are built on it. One small thing to try today Think about where AI runs. Prompt to try (any AI chat): “What’s the difference between running an AI model locally and using one in the cloud?” This helps you understand why models like LLaMA matter. Simple steps 1. Ask a question about how AI models are deployed 2. Read the explanation slowly 3. Notice mentions of privacy, speed, cost, or control 4. Ask a follow‑up like: Why this helps - You learn that AI isn’t just one app — it’s many models and setups - You understand the trade‑offs between convenience and control - You gain context for why open models exist - You become better at choosing tools later This is a mindset shift: AI as infrastructure, not just a chatbot.
