Hi everyone! I'm searching for LSA experts. I have been running this type of ads for almost 2 years and the latest changes and updates from Google are absolutely horrible for the business owners. I'm searching for a solution for a specific problem - I have an LSA account that was launched 4 months ago and didn't get any leads. Even the number of impressions is so miserable. I tried different approaches, even created a new account - same result. Does anyone have same issues? Please share your experience. I really need a fresh pair of eyes for this issue or any advice. Thank you!

This client has 4.9 rating based on 54 reviews. Location is a suburb of Boston, MA. Budget is $20k. Niche - water damage. For the last week it got 5 impressions with Abc top impression rate 100%. It doesn't seem realistic at all. All competitors in the area have pretty much the same number of reviews and rating. When I check the SERPs I see them once in 3 searchers. I talked with a Google support and they insist that account is ok and showing, but I'm pretty sure it's not. All docs are verified, but it feels like it's in a sandbox or something like that.

Hi Hamza, thank you for sharing your experience. Reviews are really critical and the history of GBP is rather important too. What do you mean by submitted through the LSA dashboard? Right now there is no LSA reviews - all reviews are moved to GBP now and you can't leave a review in the LSA dashboard. Do you mean to follow the link in LSA and leave a review via it (attached a screenshot)?
