I can see an amount being paid out in my payouts however hasn’t come into my bank account, how much time does it take to reflect? Also I’m in India, is the settling period longer?

A lot of my members are coming in from India and their cards aren't getting accepted, what would be the best way for me to maybe automate this to reflect new MRR in the community? Please help?
