My name is hajra from Rawalpindi working and a teacher and a freelancer from 7am to 2 30pm then 8 to 11pm. I am almost 30, 5,3 and 86kg weight. I have 2 kids and I don't take care of home, have sedentary life style, I had gestational diabetes during pregnancy and now I have hypothyroidism, I want to loose weight to gain my confidence
