Pmax Strategy
So i have an old pmax campaign with a lot of data in it. Around 1 year old, when i dig in, there is around 350 products out of the total 20k that are producing the conversions. This campaign is also limited by budget and is on a very small budget of £100 a day. Previously it had daily budgets of around £500 but this was scaled down since some tracking issues threw out all the reporting and so we had to scale the ad down while tracking was fixed. So my questions now is, would you A - Increase the budget since the roas is around 2.5 ( more than breakeven ), OR would you pause all the non performing products, and let the current budget go towards the 350 converting products. Or C, do both? Also the current settings for the campaign are Max Conversion Value with no target ROAS. In the past when this campaign was doing really well, we had a troas in the settings of 330%, and campaign was delivering close to 400%. But when we scaled the campaign down due to the tracking issue, we took the troas goal away to allow the campaign to start again.

Feed based Text Ads
What is everyones opinion on feed based text ads? Datafeedwatch offer this functionality, and so i just wanted everyones opinion. I think they split out 1 product per ad group, and then create super targeted ads for each item which will then increase the quality / relevance score resulting in a lower cpc. What are your thoughts? Has anyone used this? Is this still a relevant strategy?

but what do you think about the fact that they split each item into its own ad group? Those were known as skags right? I remember you saying thats an outdated strategy, so if the store that im working on has 25k skus ( ads has a limit of 20k ad groups so this would be more than 1 ad ), dont you think the campaign would run into issues such as not delivering impressions on all products due to the huge amount of ad groups?
Pmax split
Started a pmax campaign with all products inside. After around 3-4 days, i realised i should have split the asset groups based on product type so i could better target the ads and get a higher ctr. However once i split that same campaign into multiple asset groups, and excluded products from the original assset group to avoid overlap, i noticed since then my impressions have halved. They were averaging around 13k, and now at around 6k. Any ideas for this>?

See here, the blue arrow is the date on which i segmented the asset groups. So you can see impressions declining, however the full budget is still being maximized. Clicks have also dropped. CTR seems to have gone higher along with average cpc ( this might be due to changing from max conversions to max conversion value ) Click volume seems to have dropped from around 100 clicks to around 30-50 clicks

@Austin LeClear Screenshot 1 is showing from 12th to 15th april, and 2nd one is showing 16th onwards, so not massive swing, both are showing majority to shopping and search. I will give it another few days, and then revert some changes, I'll start with max conversion value back to max conversions. Give that 7 days or so, if that doesnt do it, then i'll try putting everything back into 1 asset group
PMAX Vs Shopping + Search
If you know that majority of your conversions are going to come from shopping and search ads, then wouldn't it make more sense to set up shopping campaigns and search campaigns, rather than pmax? Since in pmax you dont get the complete set of data, whereas in shopping and search you do in terms of search terms etc, and also in shopping and search, you can use google smart bidding such as troas same as pmax. So can someone correct me here if im wrong, but wouldnt it then make sense to ignore pmax, and use shopping + search with the smart bidding? As opposed to wasting spend on video, and other places which pmax would do?

Scaling Internationally
Hi, would you guys advise for 1 google account per major country, such as 1 ads account for USA, 1 for UK, etc etc, or would you say scale the business marketing all under 1 google ads account? What are the pro's and cons?
