Well guess what I’m your man! I’ve worked in the vacation industry for over 10 years on maintenance from rentals to Air B and Bs to private homeowners to realtors. From down to calming customers with broken AC units to scrambling to find a water main shutoff. I know after you pay insurance taxes and cleaning that there’s not much left.
