Well guess what I’m your man! I’ve worked in the vacation industry on maintenance for years down to calming customers with broken AC units to scrambling to find a water main shutoff. I know after you pay insurance taxes and cleaning that there’s not much left. My goal is to teach you what you need to get the smaller jobs done.
