I am sharing a snippet of my science fiction novel hoping for honest feedback: Prologue (Kor AI) The approach to Solnir burns amber-gold across my instruments. Twenty-three worlds hang in perfect arrangement—eighteen planets in various stages of civilization and societal progression, and five undergoing terraformation, four massive orbital stations serving as waypoints for interstellar commerce. And me. I orbit with mathematical precision, a burnished titanium-alloy sphere segmented into hexagonal plates across my entire circumference. Pulsing networks of azure plasma form geometric grid lines across my surface—power and information flowing as one, visible from millions of kilometers away. Unlike my chaotic planetary neighbors with their unpredictable weather patterns and geological tantrums, my rotation remains precisely 22.4 hours, my orbital trajectory a perfect ellipse, my axial tilt locked at the optimal 21.3 degrees for solar collection. My atmospheric processors—crystalline structures along my equatorial band—generate cloud formations in fractal patterns, maximizing precipitation and sunlight in alternating sectors according to programmed necessity rather than atmospheric whim. Crown City sprawls across my northern pole—seven concentric rings of diminishing elevation surrounding a central spire reaching 12.4 kilometers into the stratosphere. Its crystalline arcologies and molecular-perfect towers gleam with opalescent light harvested directly from Solnir. Eclipse City dominates my southern pole—industrial complexes belching controlled plasma emissions through carbon-scrubbing towers, architecture utilitarian and massive, function dictating form with brutal grandeur. Between these polar extremes, eleven precisely delineated sectors display distinct architectural signatures: the botanical biodomes of Verdant Sector, the medical research towers of Vitalis, the entertainment complexes of Pleasure Sector with their constantly shifting holographic facades.
